Seriös, kompetent, hilfsbereit und schnell
Ich hatte 6 Monate nach dem Kauf einen Defekt an einem elektrischen RC Flugmodell. Nachdem ich meine zahlreichen sehr unterschiedlichen Versuche das Problem zu lösen per E-Mail geschildert hatte bekam ich innerhalb 1 h die Aufforderung das Modell kostenfrei an multistore zu schicken. Meine vom Hersteller E-flight zu verantwortende Reklamation wurde geprüft und umgehend ein fabrikneuer Ersatz-Flieger kostenfrei mir zugeschickt. Vorbildlicher Kundenservice!
