From a window supplier perspective the service was ok, however RTW recommended a builder (Evoque) to create the hole in the wall and install the window, but unfortunately the builder didn’t install the correct lintel above the window, and we are unable to receive sign off from RBC. The builder has since been struck off companies house, and has been previously - wish we had done our research before taking RTW’s recommendation.

Even more annoying, RTW continued to recommend the builder and gave a positive review on Google for the builder in question.

Totally let down and massively out of pocket!

Once the sale was made the problems began. It has been a very stressful journey. Delivery was delayed, holding back our move date. Once delivered there was an issue with nearly everything. We now have a
cracked window, a front door that wont open, peeling paint and misaligned door handles.

Reading trade window(RTW) customer service is poor and they don’t respond to defects in windows supplied by them despite numerous requests and they don’t even acknowledge or apologise for sending a defective window!
I am waiting for several weeks now with no response from them!
I was thinking of ordering more windows from RTW but after this experience, I will not recommend Reading trade windows

If you need patio doors,call this company. Very happy with the result. Through the whole process every person spoken to in tge company were informative, and professional. The installer was excellent. I had two other quotes who could not match tge outstanding price offered by Reading Trade Windows. I would highly recommend then.

Reading Trade Windows, came and measured and fitted new matching windows both upsatirs and downstairs in our house. Very clean and tidy, took away all the old windows.

Reading Trade Windows supplied & fitted all my new windows, communication from start to finish was outstanding and done in a friendly manner, the products were of high standard and there was no issues, I am very pleased with the service that my husband & I received and would highly recommend this company 😀

Avoid this company at all costs. Useless service, customer service is non existent. All our items were delayed for weeks purely due to staff incompetence. Look for other providers as you will be very disappointed with Reading Trade.

After a terrible experience with another uPVC supplier we cautiously approached Reading Trade Windows and have not regretted our decision. After a positive (COVID friendly) visit to their showroom to view a door, we placed our order. Whilst there was a delay in delivering the door, we were informed beforehand and kept up to date with the new delivery date. There was a minor issue upon delivery which was resolved without delay. They even contacted us afterwards to ensure we were happy with everything.

We will definitely return to Reading Trade Windows for any future purchases.
