They only care about profits…
They only care about profits…. that’s it. No customer service anymore because they don’t care.Their produce it such garbage, all they care about is selling their own brand of products cause that gets them the most money, just look at the flyers!!!They are supposed to be a cheaper store because you bag your own groceries, nope!!!!Customers need to keep fighting this because it’s our money that is making them rich, think about it!!
Expensive groceries and gross…
Expensive groceries and gross profiteering aside. Not paying workers a living wage, and making difficulties for farmers. If you buy here you condone genocide, if you work here you're a part of it. stop feeding the monster and thinking it will go away. Galen Weston has nothing in common with you, so support your local market instead.

Sick of seeing them in the news for more than questionable practices thanks to their soulless CEO. Products are subpar at best for freshness, especially for the price. And the ambience is just terrible.
Higher Price, Lower Quality
Real Canadian Superstore has increased the price of their “Always” low priced French Bread but decreased the quality. They now sell holey (and not the good kind) bread for more. Of all the loaves I bought since the price went up only two were reasonable in their holeyness. The others couldn't contain their filling. It kept falling through the holes. The taste is the same, now if they could only get rid of the large holes it would be worth the extra cost.
Foremost eggs from Superstore
I bought Foremost eggs from Superstore. I cracked the second egg from the carton and noticed a bug attached to the outside of the egg. It looked like a maggot.
I contacted customer support and they were less than helpful. I even provided pictures to customer service. I would like to know that proper cleaning and storage methods take place, as I know the insect did not originate from my home.
No Frills vs Real Canadian Superstore
Why are the exact same pork chops 11kg (Superstore) and 12.10kg at No Frills?
Real Canadian Superstores is a rip off
I have been meaning to do this for a while. Since moving to Tiny, Ontario earlier this year, I have been shopping from time to time at the Real Canadian Superstore in Midland, Ontario. I try to get the best value and price for the items that I buy, and I do want to support Canadian businesses. I also want to get good quality food for myself and my husband. I love to cook and I do not buy premade foods. However, despite my good intentions, I have noticed that the Real Canadian Superstore (RCSS) is gauging its customers. Although I would prefer to shop there instead of Walmart or Costco, or even No Frills or similar stores thinking I would get a better quality product at RCSS, I have noticed that the quality is no better at RCSS and I am paying substantially more for it when I shop there. I know through listening to the news that during the past couple of years they have made money hand over fist, and you would think that they have enough, but I guess they don't. I find that disgusting. I would encourage everyone to stop shopping there and simply shop where prices are more reasonable. I don't mind paying more for good quality, but when the quality is the same, I am not going to let these people take advantage of me.
"Back to School" snacks
"Back to School" snacks. Get a 12.6 lb box of snacks for the kids if you spend $250 or more. It seems clear that lassonde.com (the makers of Back-To-School snacks works for the sugar industry. Over 7 lbs of the "special" is sugar. Dear Lassonde.com, is this what you feed your children?
PC POINTS
So I attempted to use my PC points at the service station for petrol. I found out I couldn't use them there. I had 20 dollars in points. The next time I tried to use the app for fuel purchase I could not use the app because my password was not recognized. I reset my password at home to browse my account. I discovered that half of my points were missing. I am wondering how my password became unrecognized by the app. Is this the method used to steal points?
Loblaws, No Frills, Real Canadian Superstore
Tried to access Loblaws (Real Canadian Superstore, No Frills, Loblaws etc.) Web sites out of country to order a mattress and access is denied because of being out of Canada. I Finally found a way to email to tell Loblaws about there problem and fell on death ears. I asked for a price on a very specific bed they sell and they refused to respond. So where is the customer service?
Signal Hill Store in Calgary Alberta
Signal Hill Store in Calgary Alberta
The service is getting worse and worse. I can’t believe how the staff packed my groceries at the pickup. I was going to post pictures but I don’t think I can. There were 5 boxes that were thrown in with no regard. Mixed items. Literally threw them in the box in my trunk. My husband 79 years old and I had to struggle with these boxes that probably weighed 40 pounds without exaggeration because they were my fall pantry staples in cans. Then they had to be sorted and checked for dents. The staff were not at all concerned about customer relations. This may have been retaliation for my complaint above the missing item and over charge in my last order I published on Google Maps. By the way I still haven’t received the refund owed me from that order. They used to have such friendly staff that were a pleasure to talk with. Now you’re lucky if you get a grunt. Terrible service. I expect better and will keep pushing for it. I have the pictures on hand of a couple of the upper boxes. Rosemary M.
