Very unprofessional, when i was staff here, i was delayed payments, months, products not getting sent out, not very clear if a product is a pre order or not on their site, definetly not recommend.
I purchased a FiveM software around 3 weeks ago now, When i looked it said “In Stock”. It also said “Delivery Time - Instant” So to my understanding as soon as i purchase this software i will get it immediately. Well i was wrong, when i did purchase this key it didn’t give me a key it gave me a pre order key which was completely useless. I got in contact with customer support who wouldn’t help me and re directed me to a discord channel. I joined this channel and made a support ticket. They then told me all the “Stocked Keys” are in a pre order status. This made me quite confused as if there in pre order status they aren’t stocked or in stock as they said. Anyway i said what are the next steps? They replied all pre order keys will get a ping in the discord channel when there key is available. I said how long does this normally take? They replied “Could be hours or days but we will ping you when we have them” I said fine. I waited a week and there was no sign of my key, I then said in the ticket how long until the Keys will be in stock they replied “1 week sir” i said fine and waited another week, To no surprise i was not pinged and no keys were sent to me. I then said again “it’s been two weeks and i got told hours or days, then 1 week and it’s been 2 weeks when will i get my key” They replied “we don’t get the keys our boss does so we don’t know a accurate time” Well it’s been 3 weeks since i purchased this and there is still no sign of my key. I’ve been watching someone who posts youtube videos and also promotes/owns realdudesinc and thought he would be a trustworthy guy. No this company are straight up scamming people for there hard earned money. Would i recommend absolutely not.

i had an issue with one of the products i bought i got the names mixed up and there support team was extremely helpful we got it resolved in like 5 min which i wasnt expecting at all so anyways good products and great support team

They respond very fast and they are clear and get to the point, very professional

I played two games and got my account banned, crazy part is the way this menu is set up. You can’t really rage hack. The aim lock, is super unnoticeable

So basically, they just recognize the software and I got banned

Customer service was great. on fo nem brudda nem ain’t act all snobby or nun was nice asf got straight to the point and made sure I was able to get my product with no problem.
