It was a great weekend crash course about real estate investment. Shou Xin is a very good teacher. There are so many eye-opening moments during the course. I also enjoy the great fun with other participants. The energy and knowledge during the section is top-notch.

Last weekend, we joined the real estate masterclass, and it was a great experience. It was a mixture of knowledge-packed sessions, interactions, and a great group of participants. It was fun as we explored the world of real estate together. We learned a lot and had a great time. We are looking forward to continuing our journey in real estate. All in all, a great experience!

TL;DR: Excellent. If you're interested in investing in Dutch real estate there's no doubt that REM is worth your time and money.

This review is for two day course that is part of the 1:1 program.

The class is usually in Dutch, but Shou Xin was kind enough to teach the class in english with just my wife and myself as participants.

Forget the people that say "it's all in books/youtube", they probably skimmed the slides and fell asleep. First: It's not. You don't know what you don't know.
Second: there's also a lot of junk. Good luck figuring to what's correct and, most importantly, what's current.
Third: You can't test your own understanding from a Youtube vid. We got lot's of clarification and extra information.

Ask questions, lots of them. You'll get as much depth as you can handle. There's a successful investor right in front of you, pick his brain. Ask dumb questions (I did!), better to find out in class than with your own seed money.

Remember that this course is't just showing what doors you can open, but it will potentially save time and frustration which was very important to me. There were many 'aha' moments where I could see myself avoiding a bad decision with the new knowledge.

Logistically, the class conditions were ideal and they went above and beyond with vegan food for us.

Learned in 2 days what I could have learned in university in 2 years! Shou Xin’s course is full information but it was presented in a very organized way that is easy to understand and follow. Whatever wasn’t clear, Shou Xin took the time to make it understandable. Highly recommended!

The most valuable weekend of my life. The infomation shared, the approaches mentioned and the ideas discussed are just mind-boggling to say the least. After this course I feel confident to start in the world of real estate.

The course is designed very well but it was very compact for two days. And I hope I can succeed with the new understanding.

I attended 2 days of intensive trainings during this weekend on how to buy realestate to rent out. It was a wonderful experience with lot of knowledge gained on every single aspect of the buying properties.

The real estate masterclass was good. I have learnt many things about the real estate in the Netherlands.

Been following Shou for about 1.5 years now before I participated in one of his weekend courses. Not because of skepticism but because of the fact that I was waiting eagerly to take the course in English.

I actually went to a world class university to do a Masters degree for 2 years but I have learned way more about economics, real estate market and investments in an extremely pragmatic style in 2 days. Can't wait to implement the knowledge now.
