Great customer service, very professional and attentive. The environment is beautiful, relaxing and welcoming. I will definitely recommend these Opticians to friends and family.

Had an amazing experience. the whole team is great and talks you through the process. I had the the advance eye examination and would recommend it to everyone. got two pairs of glasses due to the offer on at the moment

I was overwhelmed with the frame selection in store and ended up with 3 sets of glasses as I loved all of them. The patience from the staff is amazing. Their customer service is top notch. I would advise friends and family to visit. A special mention to Kash who helped me choose my frames.

I went in your shop to ask for the price and options for lens before I commit to use your service. your staff Arsalan refused to provide me any information regarding. I am not satisfied with this type of mode of conducting business.

I have been going to Real Eyes Optician in Mitcham for years and to be very fair i will i will score them 4 over 10, firstly the customer service is so poor, once you come in you don't get good eye contact and it seems like you're bothering them
Secondly, i got my new glasses not even upto 10 months or so and I was NEVER TOLD THAT BECAUSE IT WAS HALF PRICE LENSES I WOULD NOT GET IT COVERED 😪😪😪😢😢 and fast forward to now I took my glasses to get fixed and the lady told me that she will or someone will call me when my glasses is fixed then suddenly I got a call today and I was told that it will cost me £150.00 to get it fixed and SO CALLED SOMEONE SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT THE GLASSES I WAS BUYING WASN'T INSURED 😪😪😪 AND I TOLD THE LADY THAT I WAS NEVER TOLD. SO WILL NOT RECOMMEND THE COMPANY TO ANYONE. Also the last glasses i got before the recent one i was never happy with the fitting and anytime i took it back to be loosen or tighten i still struggled with it. And it was a PARADA BRAND.
And I always feel I was always put on the spot to get glasses that were more expensive. And all this has made me so anxious especially with my mental health and wellbeing. I FEEL SO CHEATED 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢

My husband and I have been coming to the Whitton practice since 2017 and could not praise them high enough. Their eye tests are very through and detailed and the staff are blessing to this store.

Jayan, Imrana and Kash make it a very welcoming environment. They've always recommended what is best for my husband and in terms glasses.

I can't see ourselves going to any other opticians.

Professional and well trained staff, never had any problems at all. The optometrist Fattima she is very polite and well experienced, she answers all of my questions, I highly recommend real eye opticians.

Ali was perfect, my lens had popped out so I was blind out of one eye and had to go to the nearest optician urgently. Within 15 minutes (without an appointment, and free of charge) Ali fixed my glasses for nothing in return, great customer service, kind staff and highly recommend!

Very friendly service and very helpful, I ordered a pair of frames just took longer to arrive apart from that very happy.

I have glass from real eyes so when my vision became blurry I went back to see what the problem was. Nabiha was very professional and did tests including a scan which showed a retina tear. She jumped into action, contacted Moorfields hospital a&e and arranged for me to attend straight away. When I arrived there they had an email with a letter and the scan so no time was lost. 3 days later after surgery my eye is safe, thanks in no small part to Nabiha actions.

Azmina and all staff were amazing, they made me very welcome.
This was my first eye test as an adult, they explained the process well and wasn’t pushy at selling glasses.

I have used the Whitton branch now on more than a few occasions to purchase vari-focals
Sun glasses and now a pair of Dita statesman glasses.
Firstly the service that you receive at this branch is more than outstanding time care and a genuine interest and advice supplying top quality glasses
The seiko lenses are again another level
A lovely branch with lovely staff and top quality stylish glasses to suit everyone
Can’t recommend enough
If you need new glasses and try this branch you will never go anywhere else again
