Placed my order, was dispatched same day. Got it really quickly and was able to carry on with my project!

Because I didn't receive the item even though the Royal Mail said it had been delivered. Well, it might have been delivered but not at my address. The seller couldn't get any proof of where the item was delivered from Royal Mail. They just kept saying it's been delivered.
Now, Royal Mail should provide a GPS map for each delivery. However, they couldn't provide one for this alleged delivery.
I contacted Ebay for a refund, but they said this wasn't covered by Ebay money back guarantee.
SO BE AWARE TAKE CARE WHERE YOU PURCHASE YOUR EBAY ITEMS, PERHAPS TRY AMAZON WHO HAVE A BETTER REPUTATION.
The seller is unreliable as parcel wasn't delivered and they wouldn't accept it. The parcel must have been delivered to the wrong address or lost in system.
Then Royal Mail hasn't given you proof of delivery and hasn't checked who and where the postman was who alleges he delivered the parcel was, if they did, they could check his previous delivery address and his next delivery address. This would show where the postman who allegedly delivered the parcel was and wasn't near my address. Why haven't they provided this information?
Wherever it ended up, it wasn't here.
Ebay says the purchase isn't covered by eBay Money Back Guarantee, so they can't refund the costs for this undelivered parcel and encourage me to contact you for a resolution to this matter.
As you entrusted the Royal Mail to deliver the parcel for you, which I have no control over, it means you end up with the responsibility for the undelivered parcel. Hence, you need to make a refund.
In the end I contacted my credit card provider and raised a 'charge back' on this credit card, which the bank refunded me the full amount.

In reference to the sellers reply to this Trust pilot review, I comment as below:-

BUT IT WASN'T DELIVERED TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS MY ADDRESS & THE POST OFFICE COULDN'T PROVIDE EVIDENCE WHERE IT WAS DELIVERED and NO GPS map showing delivery location that we usually get when the Royal Mail delivers a parcel. I should also say it's not the cost of the item as it was only £2.59 it's the principal.
The seller employed the Royal Mail as their courier and they let them down so without doubt the seller is responsible for making the delivery and providing a refund. If you can't except that you need to get out of the mail order business.

Oh, BTW Ebay said it's not covered by "Ebay money back guarantee " but they told me to contact the seller again to resolve the issue. Which I tried to do but they didn't respond to my requests.

As you can see by the sellers comments, he still doesn't accept the parcel wasn't delivered.
I reclaimed the cost of the item I ordered, not because of the cost as it was only a couple of £ it was the principal. I would NOT purchase anything from this seller as he can't accept his couriers failings. He still hasn't produced any evidence of delivery.

Great prices and quick delivery. Very pleased with the service and will definitely be buying from them again.

More than happy to be the first review for this Business! Couldn't find them on trustpilot but the website was very professional and well laid out so I took a punt and I couldn't be happier...
Fast postage and a great price for what I was looking for - MUCH cheaper than competitors on Ebay.
