Both the lady who answered my initial call and the sales person I was transferred were so polite and knowledgeable of the replacement item I needed.

Great customer service

I contacted customer service because the truck bed cover I wanted was out of stock on their website for a while. Cris got back to me almost immediately by both email and phone, and helped me place the order so I could get it before my baby arrives. Now I’ll be able to haul all the baby gear around. Fantastic customer service!

You price matched my cheapest quote for the mx4. Don't understand how this works since I think yall are the manufacturer?? Why wouldn't yours be the cheapest to start?? At any rate, I appreciate it

Received damaged order

Received damaged order. Offered to keep and repair for a discount. They suggested to send back for new. My product was discontinued so pick something else. So I did (retail price was the same, but not on sale) so was going to cost me more after several days of discussion, repackaging and sending back. Sorry, but nothing for my efforts and inconvenience. Customer service more concerned about keeping their job to offer anything else then taking care of customer. I won’t be return. Bad business decision.

Ordered a bed liner for my F250 and two…

Ordered a bed liner for my F250 and two weeks has went by and no communication. It's like they forgot about my order. I called and they said they had to create an order to send over to warehouse. Im not holding my breath for this to come in. UGH! I needed this quickly. I wont be ordering anymore of anything from this company.

Full disclosure on the tariff would have helped they are from Canada so be mindful yomu will be billed from FedEx after purchase most online companies are letting customers know upfront so you don't get an extra charge this is not one of them

Awful customer service

In July I ordered front and rear liners for my tacoma. On 7.31/25 I received front liners for a Ram 2500, and no rear liners. I called customer service. they asked for the parts number from the box, and confirmed they were for a Ram. They asked for photos of the mats and the box. I sent them. The company then told me that I would have to wait for a review by the returns department who would determine if I was entitled to a shipping label. Then I could ship the Ram mats back, await their arrival at the retailer, and only then would they ship the correct mats to me, weeks later. I asked about the rear liners. The company told me that they were out of stock. I said that I wanted to cancel the order for the rear liners. The customer service representative then hung up on me. I sent an email cancelling the order for the rear liners. I asked for confirmation from the company. I did not get one. On 8/18/25 I received an email from the company informing me that they were reviewing the matter to determine if the order could be cancelled. On 8/27 I asked when I could expect my refund. the company did not respond. On 9/9/25 I filed a claim with PayPal. The company sent me an email that day informing me that they would not issue a refund because I had filed a claim with PayPal. On 9/11 the company sent me two more emails saying the same thing. Again on 9/12. Once again on 9/15. On 9/16 PayPal found in my favor, and provided a refund.

The experience so far sucks

The experience so far sucks. Placed an order on 8/23/15. Tried to contact them multiple ways to ask why the order was still showing pending. Chat, email and phone call. All three said they would get back to me. Still waiting for them to get back to me... Will change review depending on outcome.

ordered a husky hood protector

ordered a husky hood protector. installed as shown in video. About a month later the protector began to peel and delaminate in spots. After sending several pictures and all other info, I heard nothing back. 10 days later I called and was told I never took off the protective cover. Cover was removed and my integrity was in question. after basically being called a liar, I will have nothing to do with this company in the future. I will inform my fellow Veterans to avoid them as well

bad service

I ordered a bug shield for my new truck and after 10 days i called to check on it and was told they would call the factory/warehouse . The very next day my order was cancelled . The customer service rep (who was nice about it) said the part got discontinued. How was i able to order a part that was not availble for puchase.VERY fustrating.my first and last time with realtruck.

The products I ordered were obviously…

The products I ordered were obviously packaged with scratches and shipped. The boxes arrived and upon opening I discovered they were scratched and broken. RealTruck is attempting to say they were damaged during shipping. Actually they were packaged this way because the boxes arrived without damage. Just another way for this company to avoid giving your money back. I would avoid doing business with this company at all costs.
