I paid $1.25 on my credit card for information on a condo purchase report. Within a few hours of that transaction I started seeing charges of $29.95 to this website. By morning there were 4 separate charges of $29.95 on my card. Luckily my credit card company had alerted me to potential fraud activity by morning. This is a scam company, DO NOT USE THEM.

Very poor information. My "report" only went back 30 years for a 125 year old home, and the information about my home was not accurate or up to date. Don't waste your money.

This is a scam website. The information provided for a house/condo is no more than what you can find on other websites. That Z and R website can actually provide more information.
This website charges $1.25 for this fake report, and then after midnight, this website charges $19.95. You may not noticed this until you review the bank statement. Stay away from this website.
Unauthorized charges. This is scam. DO NOT BUY from this website. They charged 5 x $19.95 for 1 report.
Their login does not work so it is impossible to change billing.
Be leery of this service. The information I received for the $19.95 per month subscription, which I was first testing for accuracy, made it difficult to cancel. They charged me again, but the rude person on the phone, whom I could hardly understand, would not refund a recent second charge when I cancelled any further recurring payments! So, I guess I have to contact my bank for assistance and complain about this so-called service.
