No updates; 5 weeks in and no shipping; constant excuses. First of all waiting for a power cord - it's a desk top - it takes a jug cord!! Then waiting for a microsoft license - that can be bought online in 2 minutes. Then the key didn't work....Just don't waste your time.

Purchased second hand laptop to use in my mobile workshop van, laptop arrived with dead battery.
Needs to be constantly plugged into power point to work, which completely defeats the purpose I needed it for.
Multiple unanswered emails, wasted time on phone with multiple calls . Went on for months. Was told new battery had been posted which was complete BS.
I have given up, hopefully anyone considering purchasing from them heed my warning.

Ordered HP EliteBook Folio 1040 (Excellent) online, waited a week with no communication, emailed twice, rang once, no reply. Went in to ask if the laptop was ready to pick up, had to wait 20 mins to be told there was a problem with the battery and that the laptop had been 'Manager Locked' (??) and the only person that could unlock it wasn't in til next week. I needed this laptop urgently for the weekend and had ordered it due to the website stating a two day turnaround. I asked for a refund, which I was told would happen next week. No contact, so had to go through Paypal.
This was meant to be a reconditioned laptop, ready to go, in 2 days. Avoid Avoid Avoid
Very disappointed. Bought a desktop pc that wouldn’t run windows 11, and asked for dialup internet?!
Bought a laptop the screen failed within the warranty period. They said looks like wire moved send it back. After months of ignored emails and calls 'well check the techs and email you the progress' - I threatened Consumer Affairs Victoria and they said 'you broke it so no warranty but well fix it for most the money you bought it. Cheap dodgy and warranty is toilet paper.
I bought a lenovo port replicator without a power supply, postage was quick. Upon plugging it in, it sparked and destroyed my power supply. I tried to contact the company 3 times by email and once via their eBay store even though I purchased via their website. They did not respond. Luckily I used PayPal so I submitted a claim. They didn't respond to PayPal either so I was given a refund.
