This company is a scam! AVOID!
My order had apparently been delivered which it in fact hadn’t! I contacted Yodel who then told me to contact the company for the company to tell me I need to contact Royal Mail to report as a lost item. Which Royal Mail said it has nothing to do with them. I then contacted yodel again and they said contact the company it’s down to them to contact yodel and dispute this not me! I have since informed them of this, they’ve broken the consumer’s rights and I’m now being ignored by them. Almost £200 spent for my autistic daughters birthday with now no present and I’m out of pocket! I can’t express enough avoid this company! I won’t be letting this go I know my rights and have got advice and will be escalating this!

Ordered a doll for my daughter weeks ago. Paid over £100 and received nothing.
My order status has been delivered for a week now. Have contacted the company for assistance on multiple occasions and have got absolutely no response. Getting inundated with their spam mail though!
Now I have found the reviews I am kicking myself for choosing this company.

I honestly thought I had made a terrible mistake ordering a babydoll, after reading the awful Rebornart reviews. I sent numerous emails asking order to be cancelled and they were all answered by Jason and team. The order arrived to Ireland from China in 10 days. The doll is beautiful, so realistic, it has eyelashes, it's flesh coloured with pink lips and nose and cheeks, even the inside of her mouth looks real, truly amazing. It was boxed with rattle, bottle, dummy and clothes. Plus birth cert etc.
I am delighted with her. And I know my Granddaughter will be also. Thank you Rebornart for delivering what you promised and for your constant updates on the delivery status.

Website and company is a scam. The doll received is nothing like the doll posted. After reviewing more sites, it looks like they posted photos of other people’s dolls and sending different cheap dollar store dolls !!!

I really wish I’d researched and read the reviews about this company before ordering! I ordered 2 dolls and 2 extra outfits at around £180! Both have arrived, look nothing like what is pictured and I literally feel sick that I’ve spent so much money on a doll that’s obviously worth about £10! Wish I could upload photos to show how much of a dramatic difference there is to what’s advertised! DO NOT BUY!!

I rather spontaneously ordered a 16 inch full bodied silicone reborn from this site, I dreaded the thought of what I may of recieved, however throughout the process I was kept informed I could track my order every step of the way and when 2 weeks later she turned up I was very surprised as she is absolutely perfect she feels like a real newborn. I fell in love instantly x she came with a birth certificate, a bottle a toy and a outfit and a wrap. She was well packed and protected thank you rebornart I will be ordering again. Anyone who has doubts don't I spent 200 pound and she's worth more..

Do not order I have just got my doll !!!! It’s not a reborn it’s a cheap doll you can buy for £5 !! Disgusting I’m still waiting for a reply to get my money back!

If I could give it a zero I would. I truly wish I had researched this company first. Unfortunately, I did not suspect anything. It is 100% a SCAM! I paid over 150 dollars for a 'reborn' doll and received something that could be bought for ten pounds in a market! I have since realised they cat-fished a beautiful image of a baby doll to sell their very substandard product. Surely this is fraudulent an against the law!? After much wrangling, I am only given a refund if I send it 'back' at my own expense! However, they gave me an address in CHINA! despite me ordering it from what looked like America! It is costing me £70 to send this doll back. Far more than what it is worth. I am devastated!

This company is HORRIBLE. The doll doesn't look anything like what is pictured and to get a refund is next to impossible unless you want to pay for shipping to china. They do not stand behind the quality of their products. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Seriously do not order from this company, quality terrible, you will be extremely disappointed if you order and they never reply to your emails of offer any refunds of their terrible poor quality products that are embarrassing poor quality

paid £100 on a reborn doll for my daughter for Christmas, we've paid £10 for better ones from b and m, I genuinely can't cope what on earth!!! Wish I could upload a photo it's a joke to be honest

Definitely becareful when ordering, Looks nothing like the picture, yes will be slightly different but nothing like the doll advertised, I emailed and asked to return and a refund to be given, then said they would give me 10% I politely declined, then offered me 20% and again I declined I wanted to return and get a refund, I’m in the uk , I sent the picture and wish I could share it in this review

100% scammers. Doll is unrecognisable as the one I ordered and looks/feels like a cheap £10 doll from a toyshop. Not weighted. I have contacted and asked for them to organise a return and refund but they offered (eventually) 30% off or that I could pay for a return to China myself. The doll is not worth the price even with 30% off. I wish I could add photos to this review to show how awful the doll is. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

If I could give 0 I would! This is a total SCAM!!! They are stealing pics from legit sites and sending out products that look nothing like what they advertise. The doll looks like and alien and smells like pure chemicals! When you file a claim or try and return it they make you return it to China, even though they ship from California. To ship it back would’ve cost $95-$102, so that was a hard pass! Save your money and purchase something else! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!

SCAMMERS doll looks nothing like advertised was a gift for my daughters birthday and it was all she talked about how she was getting a “real” baby she was absolutely heartbroken when I had to tell her it didn’t arrive (it did but I couldn’t show her the baby as it was so horrid ) looks like a cheap doll you’d buy in the market for £5 absolutely disgusting! I have my fingers crossed the bank will refund me as these are refusing to ! 100% money back guarantee they say ! BULL … don’t buy !

I recently bought a full body silicone doll from Rebornartdoll, and after having read the comments on Trustpilot, I wasn’t expecting very much.

The doll arrived today and it exceeded expectations. Although the doll doesn’t look exactly as advertised, it still looks quite life like and is well made.

One very happy little girl in our house today 😊!

DO NOT RECEIVE WHAT YOU PAY GOOD MONEY FOR. FULL SILICONE BABIES ARE NOT THE CORRECT SIZE, HAIR IS A JOKE, AND LOOK NOTHING LIKE A REAL BABY NOR THE PICTURES THEY PRESENT ON THEIR SITE.

Dolls do not come as ordered. Hair is barely visable, and clothes were not even close to what is shown. The doll is ok, but not worth the price. All accessories are incredibly cheap quality. No customer service what so ever. Do not order from this website. It is a scam. Even the reviews on their website seem to be false. I've attempted emailing them multiple times with no response. No other way to contact seller. Also no way to add a review on their website.

The site is a joke. They don’t take returns after they only show you pictures of the artist’s rendition. Instead, you get a horrifying Chuckie and their “solution” is to offer you 10% of what you paid. They won’t even take the freak show back because they know it’s trash. Save your money for a nicer model- it makes all the difference.
