This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an online service.
I paid for a recharge/data package through Recharge for my Thai SIM. Order number: 307143628. The payment was taken immediately - no issues there. But after that? Absolutely nothing. No balance, no data package, no confirmation, no service.
I was left without internet while traveling, which is not just inconvenient - it’s completely unacceptable. When you sell a service like this, it needs to work instantly. That’s the whole point.
There was zero transparency about what actually went wrong. Did the payment go through? Was the recharge even sent? There is no clear feedback, no proper tracking, nothing. From a user perspective, it just feels like my money disappeared.
This is not a small inconvenience - this is a basic failure to deliver a paid service.
If you are considering using Recharge, be aware that you might pay and receive absolutely nothing in return. I would not trust this platform again.
I expect either the service to be properly delivered or a full refund - immediately.

Terrible customer service. I sent an email on Friday to cancel 2 orders from apple gift card. One code was invalid they were looking for passport on the other code. It's now Tuesday and is still haven't received a reply. Will never ever use this website again. It's says responds in 24 hours. It's been 96hours and counting and it's not a small amount of money. 500euro.

They haven’t sent me a code I’ve paid for twice and the customer service email reply time is too long. I’ve paid twice now and no email and no response
