People should be aware that recharge has been used by scam company's to scam payments from you recharge are aware of this and all they say is they will not refund any scam monies and with total interference tell you to contact police they will not do anything to help you get money back they knowingly do this as proof of my review the scammers who used recharge were a company called crystal finance now I I have had contact from another scam company this company is called everyday loans so much for recharge policing them selves on behalf of customers is rubbish if recharge are genuine they can supply me a n email address to send information 0XS94773R76770422 is the order number to confirm real experience

We take reports of fraud very seriously, which is why we clearly advise all customers on our website never to share their codes with strangers online. Once a digital product has been delivered to your email, it is the customer's responsibility to keep that code secure.
We have no control over what happens to a product once it has been shipped, and we cannot be held responsible if a user chooses to share their code with a third party. While we understand it is frustrating to fall victim to a scam, these codes are like cash; once they are shared and redeemed by a scammer, the value is gone and cannot be recovered by us.
We direct customers to the police because they are the only authority with the power to investigate criminal activity and track online scammers. We do not "knowingly" allow scams; rather, we provide a legitimate service and urge our customers to be vigilant against third-party fraud.
