Bought A-2.1 Stereo Amplifier from their web shop. It had problems. Contacted the company on their official e-mail multiple times and got no replay to any of my messages. Very bad customer support.
EDIT: Right after this I got a replay and the problem is sorted out. Anyway only 4 stars because the response took more then two weeks.

As an audiophile enjoooyer I have tried a lot of HIFI gear, different price ranges and different dealers.
No experience ever came close to what Mr. Reck and the Reckhorn team provides.
My journey started with me acquiring 2x s-300 speakers which provided an excellent quality for HIFI and home theater use. I've paired them with a pair of sw-300 subwoofers and powered with the right amplifier/AVR you get what you're looking for. I've also added s-150 for surround and atmos channels.
Based on my experience and answers received via email to my tech questions I've had no issue grabbing continuing with my purchases to a decent amount and variety of gear with my three orders this year.
Lately, due to some mishandling of products on my part I had to reach out to their support and within the hour I was answered with an amazing solution. These people want you to be happy!!!
My journey has just started and I can't wait to see what new products and improvement will follow in their lineup.
