Great service from start to finish, we were slightly inconvenienced by DPD, but Andy did everything he could so we got the camera next day. Great Service

I'm a homeowner. My central heating pipes are set in a solid floor covered by engineered wooden flooring or carpet and I wanted to find out the pipe runs prior to alterations. The camera I hired from Red Current Ltd (a Flir E53) did this brilliantly and it's simple to use, even by an old duffer like me with no experience of such equipment. The service from the Red Current people was superb and very friendly and I highly recommend the company.

I'm just a householder working on a renovation for my house. I had to cut a hole in a screeded floor with underfloor heating pipes buried underneath them. The thought of doing this has been a source of mild anxiety for a while and I've put off doing it for a few months now. However, using the equipment recommended by redcurrent meant the precision with which I was able to locate the pipes and then cut into the screed without hitting the pipes was amazing. I simply couldn't have done it without that piece of kit! Also the service and advice was excellent. Really professional! Highly recommended.

I was given great advice on which cameras to use for the specifics of my project and Red Current were amazing in guaranteeing that I received the camera hire on time, by personally driving the cameras to my flat rather than using courier services! Our company has used Red Current in the past and has always been impressed with the hire of the cameras.

Professional support and customer service from Andy at Red Current. FLIR rental camera was in excellent condition with all required accessories and plastic case with a provided return label and box. The camera was used for a home survey for under floor heating operation, thermal integrity of wall/loft/window insulation after recent building works. It also revealed some areas for monitoring and improvement. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Excellent service throughout the process received from Andy. Told them my requirement for finding a leaking central heating pipe under 5" of concrete, they advised on the camera and it worked perfectly. Within minutes i had found the leak and began repairing. Couldnt find any plumbing company in Hull that offered use of a thermal image camera - living in the dark ages....
One "National" company wanted £350 for 1st two hours - camera cost me £140!!!

As currently in dispute with a windows installation company. I needed to find a way to see how well the installation had been performing. Whilst googling thermal Imaging as heat loss Isn't something you can see. I came across Red Current Ltd. I can't express how helpful and attentive they were from start to finish.

From Andy Smith that answered my initial enquiry and was very helpful and answered all of my questions. To Bruce Arnold whom carried out the survey in such an understanding and completely professional manner explaining what he was doing as I followed him around my house asking more questions. In short he is an absolute gentleman.

I received the complete report within two weeks and it was reasonably priced too. The report is very through, it showed me more information than just the windows and doors installation. As I live in a detached house it also gave me a great idea of how well my house is insulated. Showing me any areas of weaknesses and with energy prices rising. Long term it's definitely worth the money.

I can't recommend them enough. If the need ever arises, I would not hesitate in using them again.
