Fab, great results to my skin

Really glad I purchased my infrared light lamp from this company, the delivery was great as recieved it the next day. Iv only used it a few times but my skin already seems much calmer and less red.

The device is very good. Shipping was slower but not a major problem.

I've been waiting for my order for 3 months and haven't received any information. At the moment it looks like this is a scam site

I bought a Helios machine from here which is still under the warranty period.. one of the panels has gone out so being under warranty I emailed for a solution.. I was told a label to return would be sent to me (this was in December) it’s now March and 4 of my emails have all been ignored! AVOID THIS COMPANY! Seems if a problem occurs the warranty is a load of rubbish and they aren’t willing to help! It’s shameful as people are using these devices for medical conditions. This has caused me a lot of upset and not to mention the cost of the machine wasted!! Not impressed!

I'm Natasha's partner Dan and this review is based on my experience with the Helios 1500 red light therapy unit.

Dealing with red-light-therapy.co.uk was an absolute pleasure. They kept us informed of the products order process (We ordered the 1500 full size Unit and the stand)

When the products arrived, the quality of the packaging was excellent.

I built the stand which was relatively straight forward, but one point to note - The stand is large and heavy - I'd advise you to build the stand where the unit is going to be kept as when it's built, both the feet and wide, heavy steel frame are capable of damaging plastered walls.

Personally the overhang on the stand isn't long enough, so as a consequence the unit isn't ideally placed and I have to lay close to the edge of the bed to get full coverage.

20 minutes a days is ample on these units and we've been using it now for over a week every day. I had eczama across my forehead (I'm bald so there's no hair to protect my forehead) and it's been difficult to manage for over 8 years. I've tried antibiotic cream, Cetraben and a host of other treatments - Whilst some of them eased it, none of them cleared it up. It was itchy, unsightly and it affected my self-esteem.

After 7 days with red light therapy, the affected area has shrunk and the itching has gone away. Also the visible affected area is notably shrunk which is a much needed massive boost to my self-esteem. The red lights along with the use of infra-red lighting on the unit at the same time has clearly started to work.

As well as the eczema, I had rosacea (Yes, getting old is rubbish to the skin!) I didn't have it mildly either, it was on both cheeks and under my lips - I basically looked like I'd been sat in the sun all day!

Well, the rosacea has pretty much vanished and I can feel my skin becoming naturally oily again around the affected areas which is incredible. The look of my skin has improved massively too, not to mention looking in the mirror and not feeling upset at my reflection... seriously, I wasn't in a great place.

This unit is a god send, so thank you Helios for manufacturing something so helpful, and thank you to red-light-therapy.co.uk for distributing such an amazing product. God bless you all.

I received tracking info from submission of my order. It took a while for the order to be shipped (frankly I’m used to Amazon Prime so that comment is probably unfair) but it was delivered by Amazon & that was great as I am rural & Amazon know exactly where I am. I did email the company to request confirmation of shipping and the package was delivered before they could respond so all good!

Very Quick delivery - ordered on 22 of December and arrived on Christmas eve - seems like a well made unit - too soon to see improvements but I’ve read the research so am hopeful.

I think a floor mount stand would be a nice extra

I had an issue with the unit (Helios 2 300W) which was very quickly dealt with, replacement delivered the next day and works perfectly. Good value - I was in two minds before ordering because the price seemed high, but the product is quality and very sturdy. Well packaged, delivered quickly, great after sales support.

Item arrived very quickly and well packaged. Works amazingly well, its already clearing up a large bruise that i got from an accident. Will probably go for a full body system based on my experience with the small 300w device.

My son's eczema and sleep have already improved!

This company was great in dealing with my issues, like getting missing parts to me quickly, trying to work out how to put the lamp together as I found it hard to understand the instructions. Very helpful indeed
