Wonderful staff and service. We rented and sold our property with Redbrik. Sophie in the lettings team has been exceptional. The sales team have been fantastic. Jen, Clayton and Abi and all involved have been wonderful.

We had an issue with getting the car unlocked when trying to a house viewing, and were running 10 minutes late, only to be told we were only allowed 15 mins total to view the property, and that therefore we would have 5 mins once we got there.
Not only is 15 minutes insufficient to view a house you are considering to buy (!!!) when we then told them we would have to cancel the appointment as 5 mins just wasn't worth it, the person on the other end of the phone said 'well, unfortunately when you have an 11 o'clock appointment, we expect you to be there at 11 o'clock...'
Our experience when buying our first house was that sometimes the agent is running late, sometimes you have more traffic than usual, sometimes you have problems with your car... and it was never an issue with any other agency... probably because they had allowed for more than 15 mins!

I’ve only just had an offer accepted on a property but initial feelings on Redbrik are very good. All calls and call backs responded to quickly along with emails. Any updates I needed responded to and all with clear dialect. Jen Hitchman was brilliant at the very beginning of our journey, she valued our home with confidence, really believed in it and gave us the reassurance we needed to get started. That initial support meant a lot and set the tone for everything that followed.

Louise Jones then went above and beyond throughout the sales process. We were in a long and complex chain with delays, a slow solicitor at the bottom, and some unresponsive agents along the way but Louise was absolutely brilliant & kept things moving. She was proactive, organised, and consistently chasing, coordinating, and pushing things forward when it felt like nothing was happening.

What really stood out was her calm, reassuring approach. During some very stressful moments, being able to pick up the phone and speak to someone so friendly, steady, and genuinely invested made all the difference. I truly don’t think our exchange would have happened without her.

We dealt with a number of estate agents during this process, and Redbrik stood out as exceptional by a long way.
