Bad reserve& collect
It’s now the fourth times that I made a reservation at reserve&collect and I got this message or no message again about the reservation:
Order cancelled
We're sorry, we were unable to fulfil your order

Unfortunately, we're unable to fulfil your online order and have had to cancel it on this occasion. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
We receive deliveries regularly so please do enquire in-store on the day of your travel.

No mention of any reason. If you don’t have it available than it should not be able to reserve on the Webshop.!It’s a bad customer service and IT warehouse management.
I also never received a answer on two complaints over Heathrow and directly to the redbydufry customer service….
