First off, I couldn't really find any reviews about these folks anywhere other than here. It made the purchasing decision feel pretty sketchy, if I must admit. The fact that nothing really turned up on any forums compounded this. Second, I was purchasing a limited edition watch, the Luminox Pirate, that not a single other soul could seem to source. I honestly dont think I would have made the purchase if it wasn't for them accepting PayPal as a form of payment.

However, even with all this causing me to question my actions, Red Deer came through without a hitch. This blew me away. Being that I had never heard of these folks before, I now started questioning everything as I am just pessimist by in large. Not once did Red Deer fail to answer an email and not once were they unprofessional in their responses. I had even asked if they were sure the watch wasn't a fake, at which point they offered to have it evaluated by a local Luminox dealer.

So, will all this being said, if you are in the market for a watch and happen to find it at Red Deer, I would not hesitate to do business with them. They came through on an item that no one else seemed to be able to locate and were just professional as coukd be from start to finish. Total time from purchase to delivery on my door step was 11 days, food for thought.

My first order from Red Deer Watches could not have been a better experience. They had the Citizen Diver I was looking for that is no longer being produced, and had it at a competitive price. I ordered the watch using PayPal, added expedited shipping and insurance ... watch arrived earlier than expected and in OEM new condition in its OEM packaging. I registered the watch with Citizen on-line and received an extra year of warrantee coverage for a total of 5 years of coverage from Citizen. This watch was a Great add to my collection, liked Red Deer Watches service so much, I ordered another Citizen Diver (JDM) that I couldn't find here in the States. Overall great experience with Red Deer Watches and would highly recommend them.

I am in the USA and found a kind of hard to find Casio only at RDW ordered it thinking it was going to be a little longer than they said but I was wrong super fast shipping and I am very pleased with my purchase. Thanks Red Deer Watches!

Like many of you, I read alot of these reviews. But they were the only ones with the specific G-shock I has looking for. It was well over$400 and I was scared to death after reading them. I chose to believe in the positive reviews and sure a shit 2 weeks latter the whatch arrived just as described. It was a scary 2 weeks but they did send tracking so that made me feel better.
So of your on the fence, I assure you there real but as far as the negative reviews...🤷‍♂️ it does seem that there are people that have not had good luck. Whatever you decide, its only money 😂👍👍

Yes don’t worry watches are legit just bought one excellent new citizen chronograph original parts / quick in delivery well packed 9/17/24 will buy again from them

I ordered a Casio Solar Watch that was listed on the website as in Stock. I received an email relating it was no longer in stock and if I would accept another color of the same watch. I emailed back and said yes. I also wrote a msg on their web site. As to date did not receive an answer; even thou the money was charged from my bank. I ask for the new watch or my $$$ back.

The communication is a bit slow coming but they do respond eventually. However the item was well priced and one of the only places that had my watch in-stock. Also, the arrival time was absolutely on- point. Said 8-10 days from China to UK and it arrived day 10. Don't fully follow all the negative reviews. If people can't handle the wait and things from a supplier the other-side of the world then don't order.

Do not buy from this company!!! There is no associated phone number with Reddeerwatches at all! All inquiries must be done via email which they rarely respond to. The watch that i ordered shows as "In Stock" although it is not. After a week of my order status never changing from "pending" and after several attempts to email them, they finally responded and told me that the item was on backorder. They have not responded to my 4 attempts (3 emails and 1 facebook messenger) to cancel the order. I am going to contact my credit card to stop the payment.

Bought seiko watch does not keep time 1 hour a day fast. Less than a year old went to dealer USA they said seiko had 3 year warranty contacted reddeer asked for receipt and warranty card because it was not sent by them. They said seiko watch only had one year warranty by them. I don't think it was a real seiko watch.

So, I would actually give a 4.5 but that's not possible and as some people have done them dirty with some bad reviews which almost deterred me from purchasing from Red Deer Watches, I've given them a 5 to up their rating. Red Deer Watches were the only site selling the watch I was after, so I took the risk and ordered, I got an invoice and a confirmation immediately. I knew there would be delays as their website warned me, but after 10 days, I hadn't heard anything so I contacted them. They provided me tracking information, I tracked my watch and it arrived 3 working days later with no issues. The watch is gorgeous, very happy with it. However, I would say to Red Deer Watches, maybe send out tracking information before it's requested?

over the last 2 years i've ordered 2 new watches from them and both have arrived within 9 days of order from Hong Kong to the USA. and both have been perfect brand new with all wrapping/tags/etc...first was a hard to get Seiko solar chrono dive watch, price was better than anywhere else on the internet, but also the watch was unavailable anywhere else at the time. latest was a brand new just released Citizen automatic case-hardened diver watch. it had just been released and was selling above the $775 manufacturer's price everywhere, except for reddeer, which had it for $559. again, everything straight from the manufacturer. doesn't get any better.

So... I ordered a watch
I received no order confirmation or tracking (but they still took the money from my account)
I received no information about the custom process
Custom returned my watch
According to the freight provider RDW received the watch but could not find it
I got my money back via VISA

Interesting. Here's 1 bad review only and is the first review, all other good reviews are after that, looks just so intended, and most writers only has 1 review in total or 2. PC also mentioned nzwatches that looks indentical to red deer, which has many bad reviews in Trustpilot.

After all these, I suppose I dare not buy a watch from them.

I just bought a Casio ProTrek series watch from the red deer's website, I have received the goods, everything is fine. The only thing is that customer service responds slowly, so be patient.

Good watches sell themselves but when you get it from a good seller, it adds value to the purchase that cannot be monetized.

Red Deer Watches have watches that other stores do have in stock. The watches came in on time. I like them very much!
