Poor system, read the small print, don't call customer serivce.
Not a great experience at all, the system is convoluted and difficult to use. The program allows for no room for error and the terms of the contract are difficult to get out of. Customer Service are not great either and we ended up with a £70.00 phone call to rectify an issue on their system. Finally, when we came to cancel they insisted on us providing 60 days notice before the contract restarted and now we are tied in to another years contract and we do not use the service anymore. We are a small company and don't have the funds to run a service we don't use and only used due to a customer using the system.
