And being lambskin, I was worried there would be some damage being that it was about 6 years old. But it was perfect. And the customer service was beyond amazing. Recently bought a vintage Chanel from Redeluxe. I don’t shop outside authorized stores in general, I’m paranoid about buying authentic bags.

I took a chance with Redeluxe, since I absolutely loved the vintage Chanel. They were so patient, answered all my questions, sent me detailed pictures of the bag even before shipping.

I got the bag within 1 week of placing the order. Excellent condition for a 20+ year old bag with the original authenticity card.

For my piece of mind I got it authentication from Zeko’s and another authenticator as well. My estimates for the bag was also very close to the purchase price. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience at Redeluxe, will definitely consider them for my next vintage bag hunt!
