Odious company, disgusting customer services
Like many others, giving 1* is being generous.
In december 2025 Redexis emailed my bill to me. Adding this to my account should be an automatic & immediate process. I questioned why this had not occurred and received another email with same attachment.
Repeated subsequent enquiries why this routine process had not occurred received no answer or receive yet another copy of the same bill.
The february 2026 bill has been received as an attachment but not added to my account.
Now Redexis advise my log-in ID and my password are invalid but refuse to explain why
