The worst experience ever
The worst experience ever. Could get a confirmation for a shipping date. Was over a month late on pick up, organization skill there are a disaster, please use anyone but these bums.

Actually you booked on Dec 18th, right before the holiday. We told you in writing three different times that pickup would be 1-3 weeks after paying the deposit. It was also heavily disclosed that during the winter season and holidays that you can expect delays. Yesterday we confirmed that your pickup date was in 10 days, then delivery in 4 days. You were extremely rude, and even threatened to bash our names on the internet if we did not pickup today. We ship with a 10 car trailer, and we don't come out for just one car. It was explained that times change, delays happen, and you agreed to all of this. However because the schedule changed(truck go caught in east coast with bad weather), you threw a fit and this is what you do. Obviously people know that any legit company will have frivolous complaints. Compared to the 200 good reviews online just from 2017, we are still shooting for 90% satisfaction in 2018. Red foot did not deliver my bike even 1 month after the initial date with down payment i gave them the same adress 3 times and wen they called me to pick it up they where on the other side of the country in british columbia instead of quebec and to top it all off they did not refund me. i would not recomende them

1st, it never ended up in the wrong place. You sent the address' the times, each time it was different. When we went to the address's you gave us, no one knew about you. Then we went to the second location you gave us, and IT WAS NOT READY FOR PICKUP!!!! You wasted 2 full days of shipping and expect your deposit back? OKAY I don't think so sir!
2nd you failed to mention we shipped your car faster than expected, with no damage. We received no good review for that shipment. You were so happy about it you gave us your bike to ship. However when you submitted the info for shipping three times, it was always different. Things in your shipping info kept changing causing massive confusion.
3rd, we went to pickup your bike with no delays, but there was no one there when we arrived. We could not wait more than an hour before we had to leave again. Then we wasted another truck drivers day and sent to second location,,,surprise no one knew about you or your bike at the dealership;
4th You lost your deposit because you were not at pickup to hand over the bike as agreed. This cost our truck tons of fuel and wasted time..
5th, We want all customers to be happy customers. We have over 200 good reviews from 2017, and only 18-20 negative ones. That's 90% satisfaction. Even though there is always room for improvement, we understand customers are going to leave bad reviews no matter how hard we work for them..

First time shipping my car across the country - I was so glad to be able to put some personal items in the back as some companies don't allow this.
