They never mention they are outside of the EU, although the entire website is in Euro’s. The calendar is advertised for €30,99, but you end up paying €57,90 in shipping and tariffs. That’s almost double the price! Crazy.

The costumer service promise always that everything Will be fine and be shipped as soon as possible. They dont seen to take costumers serious, Only the money the costumers pays many months before they Finally ship the order.
2003 i ordered around August and Got my order around late january 2024. They offered me a digital version of a calendar
2024 i order, 2 magazines, 1 calendar, 1 poster & 1 book. After several mails back and forth (with plenty of excuses from Them) i Finally received the order... with a fail... i received at smaller poster than ordered... they made the excuse that they end making posters and the stockroom guys just added the smaller poster than the bigger, because they didnt have more.
What about ask the costumers "would you be interested in a refund?", it ended with I contacted them and Got a refund and I could keep the wrong poster size. The poster was in Stock all the waiting time (ordered around late August/start september) received the order middle of december
Sadly they still have the poster and the right size shown on their onlineshop.
I have ordered several years in a row, but Sadly the same story everytime. A part of the order was for Christmas presents, and mostly I end up buying another present for my friend, caused by the delayes from redhot100.
I have feedbacked before, to make a real relasedate so costumers know exactly when the products Will come.
They didn't dispatch my order for a month!

What a waste of money. The 2022 calendar is done on the cheap and it is rubbish compared to the beautiful 2021 one. Very low quality of the paper!
