Staff pleasant and helpful, food at lunch was of good quality. The therapist for both my facial and my husbands massage were truly lovely and put us at our ease and made us feel very special and very pampered. The only downside is the premises is beginning to look very tired and in need of refurbishment. There is peeling paint everywhere , mould in the ladies toilets and green fungi in the hydro pool tiled corners. Cobwebs everywhere. The gardens need tending and weeds pulling . Car parks need tidying and strumming. It's all looking very uncared for. Lovely staff, great location, good food, just needs some love and care.

On arriving at reception and giving booking details, we were asked for the voucher number and pin. I did not bring the physical voucher as did not think I needed to only the email with booking confirmation number. The receptionist said they already had that and needed the voucher details, I had to search through my emails to see if I had this, it caused a caused a que at reception which made us feel uncomfortable. The receptionist was not very helpful but checked us in and asked us to come back if we found the voucher details.
The room and hotel was really nice, bathroom needed more attention to detail cleaning and grout needing replacement in some areas. We enjoyed our spa experience and treatments. Did not have evening meal at hotel but the breakfast was very good and plenty of choice. When we returned home I checked our voucher and it does not say anything about needing to take the voucher details, obviously I would not of been able to make the booking without it, then realised that we should of had a bottle of prosecco which we did not have in our room which was a shame as we were celebrating our anniversary.

I purchased a Triple Driving Legends experience through Red Letter Days, which was fulfilled by Everyman Racing at Lydden Hill. I had been really looking forward to it, particularly as I had selected an Ariel Atom, Ferrari 458 Italia and a Gen 2 Aston Martin V8 Vantage.
The actual driving of the Atom and Ferrari was great – both cars were fantastic to drive. Unfortunately, almost everything around the driving made the day extremely disappointing.
I arrived at 9:30 for a 10:00 start. The check-in process was chaotic and I then spent around an hour waiting for the Atom, despite it being scheduled for 10:00. After driving the Atom, I waited another hour for the Ferrari. By the time I was eventually due to drive the Aston Martin, I had already been at the venue for around three hours for an experience that should have taken roughly 90 minutes.
To make matters worse, when I was eventually called for the Aston Martin, they tried to put me into an older V8 model rather than the Gen 2 V8 Vantage I had specifically selected and paid an additional £50 for. After raising this, I was sent back to the booking tent while staff tried to resolve the issue.
I was eventually told an instructor would take me out, but after another 30-minute wait I was told the instructor was still out in a McLaren. At that point I had simply had enough. The waiting had completely taken the enjoyment out of the day, so I asked to cancel the Aston Martin drive and requested a refund.
I also paid for the high-speed passenger ride, which I did not receive.
What disappointed me most was that the whole experience felt like a conveyor belt. The cars themselves looked tired and heavily used, which I appreciate is understandable given the nature of the business, but there was no real sense of occasion or opportunity to appreciate the cars. You are effectively moved from queue to queue, waiting around for your turn.
Ironically, the Ferrari 458 was amazing to drive, but the experience surrounding it was so rushed and impersonal that even driving a childhood dream car didn't feel particularly special.
I have previously done a driving experience at Mercedes-Benz World and, by comparison, it was considerably better organised and felt much more like an actual driving experience rather than being processed through a queue.
I appreciate that things can go wrong on busy event days, but waiting hours, not receiving one of the cars I had paid for, and missing the included passenger ride is not what I expected from a premium driving experience.
I have been told that Everyman will contact me regarding the refund, so hopefully this will be resolved fairly. However, based on my experience, I would be very reluctant to book another Everyman experience.

I found the experience I wanted on red letter days. I purchased a gift voucher to pay for the experience, however, you can not use the gift voucher on their main website. You redeem on another website at higher prices

I made a mistake and double paid for my gift. They were very helpful and refunded my overpayment quickly and reordered what I originally wanted. Fab service !!

My partner and I had a lovely relaxing day and night at a Ruthin Castle Hotel. The rusal mud spa was amazing and hot tub invigorating. The staff were friendly, kind and very nice. Food was delicious and grounds beautiful. Would definitely visit there again. Would highly recommend. X

Our treatments were lovely and relaxing and the staff were friendly & food great.
The thing that let it down was bannatynes in milton keynes is beginning to get a little shabby and the actual area the gym and spa are in ( the winter gardens) was
not great and needs some refurbishment not Bannatynes fault but does effect your thoughts on arrival.

Lovely seating area in hotel. Easy to get to from London bridge, went mid week and it was fairly quiet. Food was lovely and service was great, we couldn't finish it all and took some home. Would recommend.

AVOID complete scam
Absolutely infuriating, all this company do is turn money you could use anywhere into vouchers so limited there is almost nothing to choose from, unforgivably poor website to navigate and, if you do find something, you will have pay much more than if you simply walked off the street.
Half the things to buy with your voucher on this site are vouchers! Nice trick! the digital version of regifting, this could just go on forever. Absolutely furious.
We were given a very generous gift of £300 for our wedding. Having now seen the website I would honestly rather £50 in cash than a £300 voucher for these crooks.
You’re encouraged to enter your voucher number to properly use the website then of course it is not eligible for a refund!

The afternoon tea experience at The Weston Manor Hotel was an amazing experience the choice of cakes, finger sandwiches was really good including vegetarian and vegan options. The tea flavours were fun to try especially the fruit teas. The staff were attentive, set in a beautiful country manor hotel, the gardens were lovely to walk and explore over all a truly relaxing experience.
