My sister who ordered the cake for me paid an extra amount to have a priority delivery for 10am-3pm on Dec 31, 2022. We were disappointed since the delivery arrived between 7:15-7:25pm. We hope the delivery fee could be refunded because it was expensive.

order came on time and the cake is very nice.

I didn’t get my same day order cake and still waiting for a reply for my refund and it’s been a month now. Been trying to email them cos if I call they’ll just tell me to email.

The delivery was on time. Cake tasted very good . Easy to contact .

Worst experience I made so far in ordering something for somebody as a birthday-surprise online. The booked and promised time slot was ignored, I payed extra to make sure the cake would be delivered between 10:00 and 15:00 and it wasn't. It arrived after 17:30....so too late for brunch or tee...very upsetting...my attempts to get the extra delivery fees back are ignored by Red Robin, I tried via Telefon, WhatsApp and Email, nobody contacts me back, no reaction to my question, how to get a repayment, as promised on the website. I never experienced such a bad customer service before. Mistakes can happen, but ignoring customers, not trying to make things right, is very bad behavior.

I ordered A Birthday Cake online . Almost immediately Joseph followed with a WhatsApp message .
On the same-day within 4 hours , A Nutella Temptation Birthday Cake was delivered to my friend's home.
It was an unbelievable Birthday cake enjoyed by Richard and family .

Ordered cake a week in advance. Waited in all day for delivery. Said they couldn’t deliver it until 10pm. and 11pm. Very difficult to contact.

Delivery was very prompt and efficient. The cake looked exactly the same as the picture (if not better!). Was very generous size portions and tasted absolutely delicious!

Ordered a cake 2 weeks in advance for a birthday party at 1pm, and requested the cake any time before this. Delivery arrived around 3pm after the party had finished!

Some friends ordered cupcakes for my boyfriend’s birthday. They even paid the most expensive delivery to pick a delivery timeframe on a Sunday, but it never arrived on that day. They said a street was blocked and would deliver it on Monday, but it never came either. It’s been a week and no one has contacted me to explain the situation. Terrible customer service when I called to ask when I should expect the delivery. Do not order anything from here. Scam.

Update on 17 October: No one has contacted me to rectify the situation. I had to call them myself. My order number is 14655. I hope they have the decency to provide a refund.

I contacted about getting a cake where they decorated the sides and I decorated the top of the cake and they were very happy to accommodate us. We got a large cake (10x6) and it tasted amazing - so fluffy and light! It survived both a 2.5 hour trip to the venue and was still tasty after the 2.5 hour trip back again. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and the quality and taste was second to none!

And I’m truly thankful for their amazing service!
They were able to deliver a cake I ordered in the morning on the same day to my sister and everyone said the cake was so yummy!!
