Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy, the item was dispatched quickly, however when I tracked the item via Royal Mail it never changed. I emailed Red Torpedo to say that I had not received item, they responded to my email immediately and sent out a replacement. I received this quickly. Im very happy with the quality of the item but just as important was how professional and prompt they were at resolving the issue. I will definately purchase from them again and have no issues with recommending them. Many thanks

I’ve bought quite a few items now
I’ve bought quite a few items now. I love the quality and design of the products. I buy quite a lot of my stuff in the sales which are great and frequent. I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately they use Royal Mail as their carrier and I’ve had a few issues with them, that’s not to say Red Torpedo are at fault for the issues just a pity that part of the process is out of their hands.

the first order I placed with Red…
the first order I placed with Red Torpedo was cancelled by them without any explination or apology. the second order was 2 sizes smaller than shown on their 'size guide' so I sent it back and got charged a restock fee.
one of the worse companies I have ever come across, don't be fooled by all the celebrity riders on the site, it's complete shambles of a company.
