While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

Extremely Difficult to Cancel Subscription

Red Vector makes it extremely difficult to cancel a subscription. It cannot be done online, and when you call customer care, they cannot help you. The only way to cancel a subscription is by talking to sales. It's a very frustrating and time-wasting process of waiting on hold and being shuffled through their system.

Billed for courses I’ve never taken

Billed for courses I’ve never taken.
Billed without my permissio.
Credit card on file with them had been canceled but somehow they were able to access the replacement credit card number.

I went back-and-forth with them for a few days trying to get them to reverse the charge. They were unwilling and just kept giving me runaround.. I have since disputed the charge with Bank Of America. Do not deal with this company, they’re scammers.

Poor resolution for access issues near course expiration

I recently enrolled in an OSHA 30 course through RedVector and wanted to share a measured but important concern regarding my experience.

While the course content itself was acceptable, I encountered issues during the final portion of my access period that ultimately prevented completion. Specifically, there were platform access disruptions near the deadline, and at the same time, the system displayed conflicting expiration information—one page indicated October 7, while another showed October 10 with a specific time. This created a reasonable expectation that additional time remained.

I contacted customer support to request either a brief extension or a refund in light of these circumstances. The request was denied, with the response citing a strict six-month policy and attributing limitations to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. However, access to the platform, system reliability, and customer resolution policies are managed by the provider.

From a customer standpoint, the combination of technical disruption and inconsistent system information materially impacted my ability to complete a paid service. In situations like this, a more flexible or customer-focused resolution would be reasonable.

Prospective users may want to plan well ahead of deadlines and be aware that exceptions may not be made, even in the case of platform-related issues or conflicting account information.
