I had such a wonderful experience with emma!. From the very beginning she was incredibly caring, patient, and genuinely supportive. She made me feel comfortable and understood, which really helped boost my confidence during what can often be a stressful process.

Employment Advisor Meetings
Every meeting with Oksana (Wisbech) is comfortable and friendly. Very informative and helpful. In the last couple of months I've had so much helpful training to help me to get back in employment and gain more skills. This has already helped with courses to help from CV writing to interview skills, i look forward to seeing what else is in store for me in my journey within the scheme.

I have been with Zoe when I started the CPCA Employment and Skills programme . Zoe is really friendly and helpful. Prompt response for everything I needed help with, and she have sent me to different job opportunities and helping giving my CV to her connections. Really grateful and appreciate all of the helps I have received with reed in partnership! I have recommended my friend who is also in similar situations to Zoe and she was able to help my friend find a work coach within the day. Just dreadful.
No cohesion, lack of accurate notes, low level of assistance. Too many changes of advisor. Generic emails. Lack of tailored assistance. I could go on and on.
I had high hopes for this but the professionalism and attention to detail is questionable in my opinion.
