A TOTAL FRAUD!
I asked for a cancellation of my subscription and they confirmed me it was done.
A month later i received a charge on my credit card!
I asked again a thousand times to cancel me and to give me my money back and they keep answering me that they have gifted me a thousand coins to watch their sh*t, i repeated soooo many times i don’t want to watch anything and to give me back my money and they continue to answer with AI that they gifted me the coins to watch
Again and again and again
It’s a fraud, DON’T SUBSCRIBE, they never cancel even if you ask them 1000 times!!!

I’m sharing this because I really don’t want anyone else to go through what I experienced.

I successfully cancelled my subscription after they had already taken two extra payments from me**. At that point, I thought the issue was finally over.

Then, **three months later, they randomly started charging me again**

I contacted them by email and received a bunch of useless messages apologizing, admitting that the issue was apparently their fault, and claiming that it had been fixed\. They even told me I could continue enjoying their content. Which I never signed up for when the charges resumed.

And then, **one week later, they charged me AGAIN.** 🤦🏾‍♀️

What makes this even more frustrating is that they have **no phone number and no actual customer service you can speak to**. The only option is email, and despite all the apologies and promises that the problem was fixed, they keep charging me.
