Fraudsters! I have been waiting for the dresses I ordered for weeks now. They have stopped replying to my emails, website is down and all phone numbers are disconnected!

Great Scammers

I ordered a dress from them for my sister's wedding and I'm very happy with my purchase. The outfit looks even better than it does on the website and I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Great service and delivery in time before the wedding.

I ordered 5 stunning bridesmaid dresses from Reeshma but made a mistake with one measurement. The team quickly resolved it, kept me updated, and provided a delivery ETA. My bridesmaids love the dresses, and the tailoring was perfect - such a professional service!

Lovely lehenga. They give tracking and updates regularly. Zipper was broken but they were quick to help solve the problem. Fit and final product was lovely.

First time ordered a saree. Described as saree. Delivered 4 pieces of cloth. When I messaged to state that they have not delivered a saree as per my order, they kept replying you can stitch into a saree. When requested refund they stopped responding until I went through pay pal. Returned the saree with £12 postage which was not refunded. The item was describe incorrectly and therefore had to be returned. Postage should have been refunded. They don’t pick up calls nor what’s up messages and ignore emails until you message via paypal. So if u do order. Pay using PayPal but I would not recommend this site

It's been two weeks and I have not received any communication from your "customer service" on WhatsApp. It's unfortunate that you reply quickly to the reviews but fail to do it otherwise, and I have to resort to writing another review in order to communicate.

I'm still waiting for my refund. Stop scamming people. Thanks!

I love REESHMA outfits this was my 3rd order from them, everytime my order came in time and always tailoring on point. while my order was under process they had some questions with my measurements and i didnt provide my mobile number so they contacted me via email and response was very fast. I must suggest to give your mobile number so they can contact you and by giving mobile number you will receive tracking details via text.

Impressed by their lovely tailoring work and delivery! Ordered my bridal suit from this website.
It came faster than expected, good communication around the tailor work and go be sure of my measurements. Very pleased. ☺️

Stunning outfit
I ordered two outfits with custom tailoring option as I am petite and outfit I like was 63” LONG .
Kay help me with length alteration and explain that bottom design of outfit will be altered but Reeshma tailors did wonderful job by adding Lace at bottom and made my outfit even more beautiful.
Not sure about negative reviews here as I received 100% satisfactory service with Reeshma.
They deliver my outfit within there given time frame.
I must say to try them you will never regret.

Bought and Indian outfit for first time for my friend wedding being white person not sure how to get correct measurements but their customer service is superb they guide me from start to finish and help me to get perfect measurements according to my size. I got many compliments too.. special thanks to Kay who help me with all my queries.

Last minute order for my sister’s wedding. The dresses came on time and the tracking option was reassuring. 100% recommend them

i ordered 2 dresses from this company 7 weeks ago, one dress came within the time frame but i am now waiting after the time frame they said it would arrive, I have emailed them directly, used their contact details on their website and tried calling them directly but none of these have gone answered, I am fed up now and if they cant get me my dress soon as my event is not long away i want a refund but they are making it impossible to communicate with as they are IGNORING me!!!!!

This business is a scam, we ordered two dresses for US after waiting about 2 weeks and not hearing from them we reached out and they blocked us. They lied about having the dresses delivered and we lost out on the money with our credit card company. Please refrain from ordering from this company they are a fraud.

Ordered 2 lehengas from them. First one came out fine. Second one however, the person who was messaging via WhatsApp lied about the status of the lehenga for almost 9 weeks, and told lies that it will be ready in 7 days, 5 days, 2 days until it was 3 weeks past the expected delivery date when they finally admitted that the fabric had not in fact been manufactured nor sent to the tailor and was lying for weeks on end. Refund was given but the lies that were told about the outfit had left me in a stressful situation as my event was approaching and gave me very little time to find a replacement outfit. Would never shop from here again. Save your time and your money.

So, my event is coming up, even though I ordered the outfit over 6 weeks ago, it’s still not left Pakistan to be sent to me. I’ve asked for a refund as the delays are all on their side - no response. I’ve asked this multiple times - no response. On their website said it would take 20-30 days to be delivered! Well over that time and I’m due my refund but have heard nothing back from this company! They only responded to my last review, to lie and say they have responded to me - so here is hoping I get a response now!

Please - honestly don’t order from them, this is a company which does not care one iota for their customers!

So far, I feel like I’ve been totally scammed. I’m so furious. I ordered a pretty blue anarkali but it came today looking NOTHING like how it’s supposed to. Honestly so disappointed PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

This website is a total scam! Don't buy from them!!!! Half of the buttons on the dress were torn

Service is good and the fitting is also good. Likely to order frequently.
