REFILLS4ALL received the product back into their inventory 5 months ago (I have copy of courier info) and I still haven't received a credit on my credit card.
I have sent numerous emails and left numerous voice mail and still no replies.
I must have called 10 times and left messages 3 times. I also emailed them.
Their communication is awful. They finally said the back ordered items had been shipped 9/21/2010 (told me on 9/25) but that's not what the USPS tracking info says. It says the Post Office was notified they would ship, but doesn't say they received it. They sell printer cartridges. How long do they think people will wait to get their printer working?
They finally answered when I filed a dispute with Paypal and emailed them that I want my money back under their 90 money back guarantee if not satisfied. If I can't reach them, I'm not satisfied. This is how they run a business? Feh!!
Followup - 3 days after review.
1. refills4all credits me demands return of product.
2. They thank me for filing bad review, saying it only brings them more business.
3. Post Office refuses to take back packages for return. I contact refills4all another 10 times, but they don't answer phones, voicemail, email.
4. I find out they have dropped the price of what they charged me $40 to $27. Same product available on eBay for $13, shipping included.
I ordered $100 worth of refill ink for my HP color inkjet printer after being totally floored by the price of original ink. Refills4all shipped the catridges and they fit in the printer but the printer would nor print. I contacted the company s3everal times to request info for returning the unused (most of the ordered catridges were never even used or opened once I found the first set did not work). I was ignored repeatedly and must assume this company is a scam. Also I get constant spam email from them. Terrible experience with this company. I recommend avoiding them.
They only sent half the order but charged me for the full order. Upon notifying them of this they claimed they would send out the rest of the order "immediately" but never did despite repeated emails from me.
