Great service from Reflex Products. Ordered a TopTen Avantgarde headguard. The sizing on the website didn't match the product sizing that came with it so the guard was too big. They quickly apologised, exchanged the product for the correct size, updated their website and paid for the return postage. Communication was courteous, prompt and accurate throughout. Will definitely use them again.
