From the first time I met Maisam Fazel i felt relaxed and at ease.
In my first consultation he was very honest and realistic in terms of the end result, and what I would look like to ensure I was not disappointed. He explained everything to me the process, risks etc never once did I feel pressured.
Once I agreed to have my tummy tuck the whole process ran smooth with no problems. I met with Mr Fazel again and he went through the procedure again, risks answered all my questions and never made me feel silly for asking the silly little things we all worry about prior to having surgery.
All the corespondents with his PA arranging dates, preferred hospitals etc where very efficient and I was always made to feel that nothing was to much.
The day of my operation Mr Fazel was brilliant he went through everything again, really put me at ease. There where no problems or complications, all the staff where super nice.
Post opp I did not experience any problems at all. I had a number of follow up appointments with Mr Fazel. He kept a very close eye on my recovery, he was available should I have had a problem.
I had my tummy tuck 16 weeks ago and the results are absolutely amazing. The tummy he has given me is truly brilliant he is an extremely talented surgeon. I have received complements from friends and family who can not believe how neat the scar looks and how brilliant the transformation is.
I would definitely recommend him for any surgery. I know 2 other people personally who he has operated on and I can honestly say hand on heart they would recommend him at the drop of a hat also.

Outstanding level of service and expertise, Everything was was explained fully at every step of my procedures and the results were fantastic. Mr Fazel was very calm and informative. He answered my hundreds of questions and never once made me feel like I was bothering him. I was in a lot of pain and once he’d done my surgery everything was so much better. His nurses and PAs are absolutely lovely too and nothing was too much trouble.

When looking for breast augmentation, I was recommended to go to Dr. Fazel by another surgeon.

Meeting Dr. Fazel for the first time I felt very comfortable with him and his team.
During the consultation I was very impressed with his honesty and knowledge. Everything he suggested for me to have, to create a natural perkier look is exactly what I was looking for. Which filled me with confidence to go ahead with the surgery. The team were available to answer any questions I had.

On the day of my surgery I felt very relaxed with Dr. Fazel and felt in safe hands.

Absolutely excellent surgery performed by Dr Fazel. I had my surgery in August and was blown away by the results. I finally feel more comfortable in my skin which in turn makes me feel more comfortable with my partner of 8 years. He has been extremely supportive with my decision to have surgery and was very impressed by Dr Fazel’s skill.
I chose to have the surgery as after having 3 children and using various medications over the years that affected my weight, my weight finally settled 3 years ago and I am now a size 6-8. I still felt very self conscious even though others couldn’t see what was under my clothes so I finally plucked up the courage and discussed it with my partner. This was something I’d thought about for over 15 years and now I’ve finally done it, it was the best decision.

I had two benign breast lumps removed 6 weeks ago and the results are more than I could have hoped for! Mr Fazel was an extremely calming surgeon throughout the entire journey, from the first few appointments in which he reassured me that the lumps were nothing to worry about, right through to the surgery. All risks of the surgery (such as a breast dip or infection) were avoided and the results are brilliant. The scar is smaller than expected due to the precise incision made to remove the lumps. This was my first surgery and I would definitely visit Mr Fazel if I needed any future treatment and would recommend to anyone!

I am now 3 months after my mummy makeover where I had a tummy tuck, liposuction, breast uplift and Motivation breast implants. I wanted to write this now to relay my experience with Mr Fazel and Refresh Cosmetic Surgery. I am so happy I had my surgery with Mr Fazel, I couldn’t have asked for a better Surgeon. The moment I met him I knew I’d be happy for him to do the Surgery. I trusted him completely. He was always friendly, took as much time as you needed in the consultations.. it was never rushed! And he always made sure you was happy with everything. I love how he always included My Mum and Partner in the consultations as well. He helped me pick out the best size for my petite frame and I have to say I’m extremely happy with the results, only 1 month post op and I’ve gained so much more confidence and feel happy with my body. Thank you Mr Fazel and team. I'm over the moon with the results of my plexr procedure. I visited Refresh Cosmetic Surgery with the idea of having surgery on my eye bags. Mr Fazel spent time with me and together we decided on a different path , less evasive for my needs. Mr Fazels gentle manner and expertise is very reassuring, helping me make the right decision. This was back in January 2019 i've had second procedure and follow up after care since then. Rachel is fantastic practice Manager, professional and very helpful.

Happier than I could ever imagine!
I am now 3 months after my life changing experience with Mr Fazel and Refresh Cosmetic Surgery. I am 42 and have had 3 kids which has taken its toll on my body. I had lost confidence and hated wearing fitted clothes (which I always did before my kids). I had seen several surgeons including some 'big names' at the Private Clinic and in Harley Street - I had always felt rushed and no one had spent time with me the way Mr Fazel did explaining all my options and going through all the risks in calm reassuring way. In the end, I had a breast uplift with implants, liposuction and a full abdominoplasty. I was in hospital for 1 night and was driving after a week.

For years I had been considering a breast enlargement to help balance my frame, but through them years I had always put it off. When I finally plucked up the courage to book a consultation I couldn’t have chose a better surgeon. Mr. Fazel spent so much time in his consultation to explain everything to me, he answered all of my questions and him and his team were only ever a call or email away during my whole journey!!
I went with his recommendation of sizing and I couldn’t be happier- I was a (low) B cup and now fill out s healthy D/DD which is what my padded bras looked like. My clothes fit better- people haven’t specifically said theres something different about me which is what I wanted but I have had a lot of compliments saying how well I look!
