DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR ITS PROPRIETOR DANNY. He quoted to replace a grp flat roof, funded by NHBC warranty claim. His final invoice was 17% above his approved and NHBC funded quote. NHBC requested receipts and evidence of the additional costs. None was forthcoming. He then threatened to remove the new roof if we didn’t pay the balance owed (inc VAT) immediately. This was done in March 2026 and I am still arguing with NHBC to get fully reimbursed. Finally, despite being paid in full there is no sign of the 25 year insurance backed roof guarantee. He ignores emails, WhatsApp’s and phone calls. The man is a pure fraud. Avoid at all costs.

Highly recommend. Danny and his team completed my flat roof in record time for a very reasonable price. There were some hiccups unconnected to Regals' involvement and Danny was able to suggest workarounds which look great. Danny was also willing and able to do additional work I needed done, again at a reasonable cost. The roof looks great, is solid and sturdy, it is a warm roof and now ices over when it's cold unlike before when heat from my house was escaping through the flat roof. Very happy.

Danny and his team did a first class job installing a new, fibreglass roof on our garage yesterday. They made an early start and all worked tirelessly, and in a very tidy and organised way and completed the job in a morning, much to our surprise and delight! Danny is knowledgeable, helpful and extremely pleasant to deal with and his quotation was very competitively and reasonably priced. We would wholeheartedly recommend Regal Rooflines to others.

I am inclined to leave negative review as the business does not operated a standard you would expect from a professional.

Regal Rooflines was specifically recommended through a professional contact. I met a representative half year ago, they attended site and assessed a leaking GRP roof. They posted formal quotation with brochures and costing to replace.

I accepted quotation at face value no hustle. Eventually found myself chasing up the representative to book the work in.

Unfortunately he failed to return calls and messages or follow up after several attempts. I assumed they were busy.

I contacted again after a few months to proceed with the work. The representative asked to resend the quote. There was no further communication or even the courtesy to respond.

I do not recommend and not returning communications also a sign of unreliable business.

They have wasted my time.
