If you are finding RegCure Pro is taking too much time to scan and clean, you can certainly customize how and when the program performs the scan and fix.
Open RegCure Pro, click on Settings, first click on General Settings, select or deselect any feature here you wish to enable or disable.
Next, with RegCure Pro open, click on Maintenance. On this page, you can select the frequency of the scan for each category by selecting the drop down menu next to each area. Also, if you click on the Customize button at the bottom, you can have the program scan during times that are convenient for you.

People who handle your rebate are incompetent. They reject it saying to resubmit. I have no idea what was wrong with my submission - they don't tell you. I'm positive I sent everything they required. You need to look into this -- I'm positive I'm not their only victim.

This refund will come from SafeCart, our online e-commerce company, and you should see the funds returned to the account you used to purchase with. This should be reflected within the next 2-3 business days.

RegCure Pro does a great job. I run it every day and it always finds stuff I don't want. I also run Vipre Anti-Virus and the 2 seem to run very well together. I am very pleased. Thanks for an excellent product!

From what you describe, it sounds as though you received two email offers for your renewal. I do not have access to these, however I can only think these two different offers were sent due to the fact that your program did expire in June. The automated renewal offers are sent out at that time, then another offer is sent out when there is no renewal purchased. This system is all automated, and we have no control over the offers that are sent out.
May we ask whether the second offer provided a discounted rate? We do see that your renewal was charged in GBP £.
You can purchase in US Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Euros and British Pounds sterling. This option is only made available if your IP address falls into the corresponding country or countries associated with that currency. If the country that you reside in does not fall into any of these categories then the currency used will be US Dollars.
If you wish, we are happy to review the email offers, and ensure you got the pricing you were offered.
