Absolute useless company. Installed broken blinds and never bothered finishing the job. Have lied and broken every 'promise' to repair the damaged blinds and finish the job they were paid for. They were notified about the damage, the same day they were fitted. Phone calls are met with denials and attempts to call me the customer a liar. Been attempting to deal with these cowboys for more than a month. Utterly useless and a waste of money. Will never use again and will actively tell everyone to avoid them.

It can be dealt with by the CC company now as I've been left with no choice but to file a section 75 to recoup the money.

Don't trust them
Don't spend your money with them
Don't give them the opportunity to rip you off.

Really love my new blinds great service from start to finish would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, the owner came out same day, he is really polite, professional, listens to what you want, gives great advice and most of all an amazing price n true to his word from payment to fitting, his son who came to fit them today was on time, was in n out within 15 minutes after doing 5 unusually big windows he was also polite, professional, explained about the blackout blinds about keeping heat in winter n out during summer overall an amazing experience service thank you so much regency blinds no1 place to shop for blinds shop local
