We highly rate and recommend the team at Regency Motors. Friendly, helpful, solutions oriented, trusted, fair, and cost effective appraisals and diagnostics - they far out compete a Merc dealer on both price and knowledge. Particularly for our older Merc - Colin and Kish have gone above and beyond, on both occasions we've used them and without request. Terrific experts, it is a gem of a find (having tried many mechanics in our area), we can't recommend them enough for any Merc - new, old or classic.

Just an honest review I’m regular customer from my previous car ever since I reside before in Cambridge and even I moved in Lincolnshire I had sets of 3 visits on them but the last two visits doesn’t goes well especially the last or recent one today march 26 I had my full service as what I’m supposed to expect all key fluids supposed to be replenishing after the checking but I was surprised upon arrival at home considering the distance in which it should be fixed properly the screen wash is empty and the coolant is nearly below minimum not even in the middle of minimum and max although they called for refund of charge for screen wash but how about the coolant is it that service should be done properly while I’m paying a charge knowing it’s a bit pricey for incomplete service just a kind thought it is tiring to explain I had picture of said subjects

They managed to diagnose issues that main dealers missed
I also purchased my C270CDI from there
Friendly approach and honest appraisal of works to be carried out

What a friendly helpful Mercedes specialist garage this is. My classic 1994 Mercedes S class has always been looked after brilliantly by Collin and his team and all at a fraction of main dealer Mercedes prices. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys.

I have bought several Mercedes from this company over the year's and Colin and Kish have done all the servicing, pre MOT checks etc on them. Great knowledge, professional and great prices compared to a main dealer. Although I no longer drive a Mercedes they are still looking after my current vehicle, recently diagnosed an intermittent electrical problem and fixed very quickly.Kish makes a nice cuppa too 😉👍🏻

On a recommendation I took my two Mercs to these guys Colin “the Colonel”and Kish!

I can honestly say that in 30 years of Mercedes’ ownership I have never come across two of the most genuine guys who happen to be geniuses to boot.
They cured my Smokey GL in one shot and identified a problem that no less than three dealers and three independents missed.
My classic 40 year old which was running rough was not only fixed but Colin pointed out a couple of other issues that needed fixing. Rates are more than reasonable when you realise what you are paying for.
Excellent and fully recommended!
