Absolutely dreadful Company

Absolutely dreadful Company! DO NOT USE! we bought a brand new home a while back and the kitchen tap is from Reginox. The tap has 5 years warranty. When contacted Reginox, after 10000 back and forth emails, where someone called Charlotte told me 'she believes is a ring issue which they don't supply' and when I challenged her how does she know if no assessment has be done told me '9 times out of 10, is the ring', I have asked her to provide me with the complaints procedures. She got back telling me 'we don't have a complaints procedure for end users as they are not our customers" ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL! will take this further with Consumer Rights and any other relevant authority for sure! This is completely unacceptable!

I was excited to purchase my white…

I was excited to purchase my white Reginox sink to go in my lovely new kitchen extension. That was last July. Sadly, I would never again buy a Reginox sink. WHY? 1) they stain badly. 2) you cannot use any metal items near them as they leave grey stratch marks which are vitually impossible to remove. 3) My sink chipped and I now have to live with it as to remove it I may damage my lovely (expensive) worktops and I would have to buy new ones. So my lovely new kitchen is spoilt. Pity I cannot give less than one star!

Faulty Reginox Multa Single Bowl Sink

We bought a Reginox Multa Single Bowl Granite Kitchen Sink via QS supplies back in September 2022 and it was faulty.

Within the first use of the sink a dark rectangular mark appeared on the sink. We complained straight away as the sink was supposed to be stain resistant and the mark appeared to be ingrained within the sink. After much back and forth, a representative was eventually sent out to come and view the sink in person. The representative agreed that the mark was ingrained within the sink and they said that they felt that it likely occurred in the moulding process.

However, a few days later, we received confirmation that they couldnt be sure of the origin of the mark and therefore they required the sink back to be sent to the manufacturer for testing. We explained that we could not easily send the sink back as it was already set within our worktop and so :
a) the cost in removing the sink and then getting one put back once it was returned would be more expensive than the sink itself and;
b) we would not be able to continue indefinitely without a sink in our kitchen whilst they sent it off for testing.

We raised these concerns and received no helpful response. We said that we would be happy to send the original sink back if they would cover the cost of removing our existing sink, placing an interim sink and then putting in the new sink, however this was refused.

I do not understand the point in sending someone to visit our home to confirm that the sink was faulty in person if that was never going to be sufficient in the first place.

In summary, we have been left with a marked sink with no viable resolution. The product was clearly faulty and no one is taking responsibility - please do not buy this brand of sink.

Broken sink

We bought this sink through a 3rd party company (a granite composite sink) and it was delivered split in two. We contacted customer service and said they would replace. They sent another, and guess what? Yes another sink broken in two. We were maybe thinking delivery company at first, but actually much more likely a batch issue with this product.

Reginox is a dreadful company do not use them

We purchased a tap from Reginox (through taps uk) ,it was faulty as the cold water would not turn off, Reginox would not replace it or give us our money back, which was over £100. Instead they sent a part for us to install at our cost, this tap was faulty and should have been replaced free of charge.
Dreadful company do not purchase anything from them.

Wish I could put no stars!

Wish I could put no stars!! Our ceramic sink which we have had less than 6 months has cracked and we called customer service to support with our re-fixing costs and Reginox response “this doesn’t usually happen so we are not helping you at all with any re-fixing costs”. We got a faulty product!! DONT BUY A SINK FROM THEM!

Dreadful service

We purchased a black kitchen sink from Plumbworld made by these people but unfortunately after a few uses it displayed several scratches on the surface despite rigorously sticking to the care instructions, which included rubbing oil onto the sink. We then purchased a plastic washing up bowl to protect the sink and contacted Plumbworld regarding our complaint, attaching photos. After a few days Plumbworld came back to us stating the manufacturers would not consider a refund as they decided it was the washing up bowl which had caused the problem, this is nonsense as the scratches were on the sink before and we were very careful with it, only having had it for a few weeks. They sent us a bottle of cleaner as a “goodwill gesture “ which has not helped at all.
I am disgusted by the lack of customer care, this is a new sink and not inexpensive!
Shocking service from both companies. Should be avoided at all costs.

I wish I had read these reviews before I bought one of their sinks

I have a ceramic sink which looked lovely in my new kitchen, I have a sink mat to avoid damage but noticed that the area around the plug hole was becoming damaged so I emailed the company who I bought the sink from who told me I had to contact Reginox, so I emailed them, who told me to go back to the company I bought it from and they would liaise with them!! (What a faff). Basically they wouldn't even talk to me directly. I received the following comments from Reginox:

“this has been caused by misuse overtime as the surface of the ceramic sink hasn't been protected when washing. When washing there is a chance of experiencing this type of wear and tear after some time. I noted that this is 5 years old so it isn’t a
manufacturer fault but general wear and tear due to customer use which isn't covered under warranty due to not being a fault with the product.”

I have USED the sink not MISUSED it, how dare they make assumptions about me, they wouldn't even talk to me, I'm fuming. A sink needs to be more robust than this as they get a lot of use, if Reginox sinks are this fragile then they are not fit for purpose.

Once bitten twice shy

Had stainless sink for roughly 18 months and it has discoloured around the bowl where I have used a 50/50 mix of water and bleach in a squeeze bottle.
Contacted customers services who really are not interested.
Basically I’ve now got too fork out for a new sink and have the aggravation of fitting it but I can guarantee it won’t be a reginox sink, once bitten twice shy….

Faulty sink, unhelpful staff

I absolutely love the style of this sink, with very square edges which is exactly what I wanted. My issue is that I contacted customer services because of scratches to the steel.

They took so long to reply, that I had to have my sink installed regardless. Their response to me was quite rude and unhelpful. Reginox we’re unwilling to replace my faulty sink, but instead sent me a stainless steel cleaner.

I now have a sink that is polished… but with ugly scratches.
