Ordered 3d gel plates, fitted to car and 3 weeks later both O's have come off. Reached out to them for it to be rectified, phone and email. Very poor customer service. Still waiting 2 weeks later. Refunded via paypal. Won't recommend:(

I received my number plates and noticed dust particles sealed inside the acrylic, not on the surface. I emailed the company on July 11th, included clear photos, and politely asked for help.

No one has replied, even after more than 10 days.
Poor customer service and disappointing quality control. If this is how they handle issues, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them.

Always use these guys for my personal & trade car plates , good quality and delivered in 2/3 days

10/10 I get all my plates from these guys and the quality of them are perfect never had any issues with any of them Iv had. The choices of plate they do it makes it hard to choose but whatever it is u need I’m sure these guys will be able to do it 😁and they are always perfect. really friendly people and always happy to help w oh so highly recommend this company ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

At first everything seemed fine with the quality of the plate (I got the 3D gel plate). Put the plates on the car, again everything seemed fine, went to run a few errands and came back from driving, and noticed one of the letters had fallen off the front plate. Didn't think too much of it and thought maybe just unfortunate, emailed to them about this to try and rectify it, no response at all which i found very disappointing. Only reason I haven' rated 1* is because the back plate is absolutely fine, but lack of customer service has really let me down here.

i usually get all my plates in store from you guys and you’re brilliant. so i thought i’d try ordering online. it’s been 2 weeks and i still haven’t received my order, spoke to them on facebook and the issue was resolved, plates as good as always

I ordered my plates from these guys last year for my civic fk2 the rear plate came with a black dot under the clear plastic i got in contact with rpk they said they would rectify this defect could I send some images over so I did I was told it would all get sorted nearly a year later and still no plate I've emailed them with no reply I've had to purchase a new set of plates as a result in this

Only 1 of the 4 plates showed up and the package had already been opened and resealed. Tried contacting the company been ignored several times £50 down the drain
