I booked a hotel thru Rehlat on 23/04/25 but without any notice that there might be some adjustment changes with the price or room of what i reserved.
I just received this information after I paid.
I booked a double room and it is indicated that it is not refundable but then i don’t received the same order of what i booked.
It is so deceitful like i take it or cancel it without clarifying from their part that i will receive a full refund.
So i complained to them and on 24/04/2025 they sent me an email that they processed my refund and the working days to receive is 10-12 days.
So due date is over, i followed up my refund and they offered me a Rehlat digital wallet which I will receive a refund within 48hrs, but i can only use my refund for the next transaction with them. But i refused as i don’t want any transaction with them as they are deceiving their customer. I keep insisting my refund then they replied that the cause of delaying the refund is there is a pandemic situation even there is none. I keep insisting again for my refund and then they asked me to fill up a digital refund form so I did, then after a week they said there is some technical issue that is why they can’t process the refund so I have to repeat to confirm my details. Then after a weeks i still don’t receive my refund. I keep on following up my refund and until now they keep telling me that they will escalate my complaint and will receive a response from them within in 48hrs. After 48hrs they just keep on saying that their finance department is working on the request and the refund receipt will be shared very shortly. So I contacted them multiple times, every 48hrs as I don’t receive until now any refund and they just replied a repetitive email that "their finance department is working on the request and the refund receipt will be shared very shortly". They keep on delaying the refund until the customer gets tired of complaining to get the refund. Until now they don’t refund me and customer hotline is just laughing on their victims. This is obviously a scam, a fraud.

I don't understand how this company is still able to operate. They are outright fraudsters!! They should be banned from Google and any third party websites. When initially booked i had to email a few times before receiving my hotel voucher. Then on 28/05/25 the day before my check-in date they informed me they couldn't supply the room i had booked so offered me a lower rate room when the city view room I requested was openly available online at a lower rate with other providers so I cancelled for a full refund. Now months later after several promises to refund within 48hrs I still have no refund. I will be reporting them to the authorities in every country they operate in amd also report to Members of Parliament in India who I have relationships with in tbe hope of getting these cowboys shut down!! Recently, I had a terrible experience with Rehlat that left me feeling defrauded and frustrated. I had booked a flight with them, and after completing the transaction, I received a notification that I had been overcharged. I immediately contacted their customer service, but to my dismay, I did not receive any response. This prompted me to send several follow-up emails and make numerous phone calls, but still, no response.
After several attempts, I finally received a response from their customer service team, but it was not what I had expected. They informed me that they would deduct a percentage of my payment as a processing fee if I wanted a refund for the overcharge. This was unacceptable to me, and I felt that I was being extorted.
Frustrated and feeling cheated, I decided to take matters into my own hands and reached out to Skyscanner customer service
To my surprise, Skyscanner's customer service team responded promptly and assured me that they would investigate the matter. They contacted Rehlat on my behalf and were able to resolve the issue. I eventually promised to receive a full refund after almost a month
My experience with this Rehlat was unpleasant, to say the least. The overcharging and lack of responsiveness from their customer service team left me feeling angry and frustrated
In conclusion, when it comes to choosing a flight booking company, it is essential to do your research and read reviews from other customers. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Rehlat to anyone.

Al realizar una reserva desde Skyscanner al enviarnos a Rehlat modifico las fechas. Al recibir confirmación de la reserva con las fechas cambiadas nos pusimos en contacto con ellos y no prestaron ninguna ayuda. Se basan en que la reserva no es modificable aunque haya sido un error de la pasarela, aunque sigan teniendo disponibilidad en esas fechas y al mismo precio y aunque el hotel este dispuesto al cambio previa autorización por Rehlat. Solo me falta consultar la legalidad de esto en nuestro país.
When we made a reservation from Skyscanner when they sent us to Rehlat they changed the dates. When we received confirmation of the reservation with the changed dates we contacted them and they did not provide any help. They base this on the fact that the reservation is not modifiable even if it was an error of the gateway, even if they still have availability on those dates and at the same price and even if the hotel is willing to change the dates with prior authorization by Rehlat. I just need to check the legality of this in our country.

I booked a ticket valued 2,220SR on January 2022 and payment was made.But they send me email next day mentioned that I have to add additional 250 SR as the flight company increase the ticket value.I refused to add the additional so they cancelled my booking and confirm me through email that money will be refunded within 20 working days.After long time follow up with customer service they send me email again that money will be refunded within 2 month . Still I am waiting for my pending 2,220 SR from them.They just keep lying and false promises. I don't even know when I will get my refund.

This is by the far the worst company i have to deal with. They booked my flight and then asked me for more money. However I asked them to cancel the money but they told its non refundable and did not help at all. After a struggle, I contacted the airlines and then they refunded all the money but into the Rehlat account. The rehlat company representative sent me an email that I will receive just 30% of the whole ticket and the refund will be made within 50-60 days. I do not why thy the deducted this much money without explanation. However more than 100 days are past and consistently sending them the emails does not work as you will not receive their reply. Besides there phone number doesnt respond. Really the worst experience
