I have just received my wedding outfit from Saajda, and it truly is a dream come true. The design, craftsmanship, and attention to detail are absolutely outstanding. Every element of the outfit has exceeded my expectations—it is simply breathtaking. From the initial design consultation, through the fittings, to the final delivery, everything was handled professionally and exactly as promised. Thank you so much for creating such a beautiful outfit and making this such a wonderful experience. I couldn't be happier!

Absolutely horrendous service. Believe the reviews and do not waste your time!
She will come across as the nicest person when you go for your first consultation, tell you that her dresses are on offer for one day only (£2.5k down from £4k) and then take a £2k deposit. After that it goes completely downhill. She will not let you make any changes even a week later, you also can’t get any progress updates.
My contract stated a red dress and she gave me a pink dress then proceeded to call me illiterate.
She threatened to call the police and when I told her she’s welcome to, she got scared and said she wasn’t going to because she knows her entire service has been wrong.
She does not give a copy of the contract at the time of purchase and refused to show me my contract when I went to collect my dress because again she knows I ordered a red dress and she gave me a pink dress. Also very contradictory, she said she doesn’t give out copies of contracts but then said she gave me the contract. She will gaslight you about everything. Even tried gaslighting me saying my dress is red.
If she tries to charge you further for “storing” your dress until you can collect it, make sure to call her out on it because she has no legal right and she knew this when I called her out on it so couldn’t legally charge me more than my contracted amount.
Luckily I have another dress that I will be wearing because I knew from her service that I wouldn’t be happy with the end product.
But listen to the reviews and don’t even bother because she’s not even someone to be reasoned with. She will completely switch the moment she receives the 2k deposit

Avoid her. She gives it the big chat! Sajeda will make lots of notes and sketch outfits adding all the finer details which she add charges she tells you she works closely with the designers doubt it as she they forgot to add all the extras. She ruined our wedding after paying thousands for our outfits we had stains threads hanging off wrong colour thread used. On day of the wedding the hook broke on the skirt! Finishing is cheap. Please avoid her at all cost don’t ruin your wedding. She’ll ignore your messages after payment and you have to work around her times when you order and for fittings.

Sajada is a nasty person. Avoid this shop. I have never written a review before but had to for this experience. Like I have now read from others, she pressured me into putting down a deposit with a deadline for “a deal” and caused me to panic and stress. Following taking the money she was rude and harsh when asked normal questions. Again like others, I have cried from my experiences with her. I wish I never met her or heard about her. Why be like this? Why be a horrible person? It is unnecessary and there are much better bridal shops out there and much better designs. I wish she takes a look at herself in the mirror and sees the person she has become. Money and greed. God let karma change this woman.

Such a horrible, rude, disrespectful aggressive women. She finds joy in making her customers cry, and ruining their wedding outfits. Save yourself the stress. The second she has your deposit watch her attitude change. And you won't even get what you've ordered.

Brilliant service and excellent communication and care from start to finish. Sajda understood exactly what I wanted and went beyond to create a dream. The price was reasonable if not cheaper than everywhere around. The quality of my dress was impeccable and contained the finest silks and diamonds.
My family have bought their wedding outfits from her also since they saw mine.
Definitely will be going back and recommend her to all looking for high end excellent quality and service.

Rude women worst customer service ever got my dress back with a hole on the side and dress got delivered to me in a Uber! Then got told not to contact her or text her as Iv got my dress don’t ever go to her she’ll just leave you upset and stressed

I bought my lengha here and honestly I couldn't be happier. I'm a fussy bride and we all know that we turn into the iconic bridzillas just before our weddings. Well, that was me 😂...however Sajada was brilliant she took everything I imagined and did her magic and produced this amazing outfit. The whole process was lovely and even when I bugged her she really kept me updated throughout.
Price wise I would say if you want quality then this is your place. High end with that crisp price tag well worth it.
I do have one BIG REGRET.....I should have bought my mehndi outfit from her too.

Buy your dress from her if you want to waste 4 grand!!
I went to her for my wedding dress and she was so nice and friendly until she took my 90 percent deposit. But she never delivered. She was so two faced and rude, she swore at me and my fiancé. People like this shouldn’t be in this industry and put the whole Asian wedding industry to shame

Rudest lady I have ever met in my life. Shocking. The worst customer service ever. Save yourself and don’t go to this lady to buy your clothes specially wedding dresses. She’s a thief absolutely avoid at all cost or else you will regret like me.

She's full of poo.
If your going to be stupid enough to go to her after reading her reviews like I was, then .. your stupid.

She is fake, she is sly. I don't even know where to begin. She makes you feel like a begger. Like she's doing an "ehsaan" on you, because she's ruined your outfit.

I have never met anyone so unprofessional, self centered and rude. I don't even know where to start. So patronising.

She does not deliver and twist things to get her way. She says these reviews are all fake. They not. Because I'm genuine.

She ruined my outfit and then doesn't even apologise. Instead blames you.
When u go to her shop, if you are going to despite the reviews. TAKE PICTURES OF THE ORIGINALS. Because trust me. She does not make the same thing. That's what she did to me. When I called her out on it. She didn't apologise and said I'm wrong. I proved it with the pictures and her responses and justifications change daily.
She blames the trailers in Pakistan and then says I just spoke to them now and they told me, they missed all the expensive stones because they forget. Like she is so negligent she didn't realise... she expects u to believe this. Casually 4 weeks down the line the tailers decide to tell her this off thier own accord. I think not. FAKE.

It's not 1 thing. It's so many things that she has said and done about my clothes.
She don't even deserve 1 star.

I ain't got the energy to go through every point. Don't be fooled, don't go to her!

God has a special place for 'baimaan' people like her.

Ordering bridal outfits from here was nothing but a nuisance - suits shown in her showroom were not genuine representations of the quality of what would be provided, and the suits provided were completely different to what was ordered - instead of assuming responsibility she turned to blaming the customer for choosing it.
The stress of not having the wedding outfit the way it was needed ruined my wedding experience.
