Great service attitude and performance

After spanking companies for poor performance, we must also re-emphasize and recognize those that go above and beyond. Such was the case with Reico Distributors in Annapolis, MD. After an unpleasant experience with a vendor they represent, their support person (name withheld for privacy reasons, although I wish I could shout it out) not only did she have the parts I was seeking in stock (and unsuccessful in getting from the vendor), she offered to expedite them to me overnight, with both the parts and shipping provided for free, effectively saving Thanksgiving dinner (long story for another time). Good form, and Thank You Ms. You-Know-Who-You-Are at Reico. Most appreciated.
