Very unhelpful compared to other local estate agents.
If you do not like a property the person seems to be a bit offended?
Much needed people skills are required for senior agents. Some wellbeing walks could help.
All in all this branch has been so unhelpful to a point where I will not even call them if I like one of their properties.

Terrible experience. Would help if you had staff that were able to open their mouths without a lie coming out. Maybe its an occupational hazard. After speaking with the buyer of my property it seems one story blaming me for hold up and another to me blaming them when in reality it was Reid and Roberts who were at blame. Would give no stars but there is no button for that !!!

We sold our home within a week with these! We had three parties view as soon as they marketed the property. Julie and Laura have been extremely responsive, supportive and professional. They have been miles ahead of the competition.
