On 25.03.2026, I had opted for newspaper publication through your 'releasemyad' on 'Hitavada' on the property column (Nagpur). The booking ID No is 1932475, due to be published from 27.03.2026 to 30.03.2026. My payment was also accepted. On my conversation with the booking team's Jahil Siddiqui, he confirmed that ad will be published but was not published.

Today when i called the customer care - SAME PERSON was on call and MISBEHAVED. HE REFUSED TO provide details about complain AND gave HIS NAME and threatened us to proceed ahead with legal complaint.

WHEN I REQUESTED HIM TO CONNECT ME TO HIS SENIOR, HE SAID HE IS THE BOSS AND THE SENIOR AS WELL. HE YELLED AT ME AND DISCONNECTED THE PHONE. I have recorded all calls of the conversation with this guy.

At present despite of making the payment, I do not know whether my ad was published or not. Your actions amount to "DEFICIENCY OF SERVICE" in accordance with the law.

I am heavily disappointed at such poor services. Above all, the manner in which Jahid spoke to me, further confirms that they are cheats and defraud customers.

I am compelled to take appropriate action against this company, beginning this forum

This advertisement company is a big fraud and cheaters’ company. I have paid them to post my ad for 7 days. What they did was that they printed my phone number incorrectly for 7 days, and when I asked them to redo it correctly. They only printed it correctly for 3 days. I questioned them about the other 4 days. Then, like thieves, they were trying to evade. I even filed a complaint with the consumer forum, and these cheaters even failed to reply there. Don’t ever make the mistake of paying these fraudsters money for advertisement.

Completely fraudsters. Useless organisation. I feel it is a gimmick to take money and do nothing. If you indeed need donations run an NGO not a business. I will write off the amount i paid you as charity. Thanks

I opted to put an advertisement on Newspaper. I put all the details on their website and made the payment. The request was submitted. Later they came back asking for documents. I didn’t have those documents, so I requested to cancel my request and refund the money. They never responded to my request. I sent an email on every email listed on their website, but no response at all. BE VERY CAREFUL. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Rs. 17000/- for a 4cm x 5cm ad. Do i Have to sell kidneys for advertising with these jokers.

I’ve placed my ad on 14th march on the expectation that it’ll get published on 17th and it wasn’t published after lot of follow-ups Ms arpita responded and informed that it’ll get published on 24th March. Still not published after looting my payment. Don’t get fooled by them poor management and worst customer service

They are simply fraud agency. Do not go for this.

They collected money and not published the ad, now saying we are going to get call from Publication, he just hanging up

I lose 300 rs, this site uses leading magazine names, but they not publishing ads
