Once an order reaches your country's customs, the clearance process is managed by the local customs authorities and is unfortunately outside of our control. We provide all the necessary shipping documentation required for customs clearance, but if your local customs office requires additional information, documentation, or payment from the recipient, this must be handled directly with them in accordance with local import regulations.
