ReliefJet Quicks are bugged tools that does not support latest software and keeps failing without reason. Company does not honor guaranty (as mentioned here several times) and the customer support is very rude.

This company is a thief, they put forward on their website a "30 days 100% Money Back Guarantee" that convinced me to purchase it and see if it met my expectations.
When I realized on the same day that the software does not correspond to what they mention and that it did not in any way meet my expectations, I have requested a cancellation and refund and they replied that it is not possible because refund applies only if their software does not work.
Such a clause is completely abusive, they are real thiefs.
As another user commented, ReliefJet will not honor their money back guarantee. I had an issue with my calendar duplicate removal feature due to a bug and I informed them ONE DAY after my purchase. I was told by them that I had made a “wrong purchase decision” and they did not refund me. Terrible product with very weak user experience and even worse, unprofessional user support. Do NOT buy.
