I purchased a wig over three months ago. I never received The wig or my money back. I continue to communicate with the customer service who keeps giving me the runaround and some lies about it being a national holiday. That’s the reason I didn’t receive my money or a wig. This is unfortunate because I really thought that this was a trusted business. I have emailed the support staff several times asking for a refund and or my item that I purchased I am not getting anywhere as of this point. I’m gonna have to contact the federal government Better Business Bureau and all jurisdictions. It’s not fair to take people money and do not give a product or a refund. It’s been three months.

I paid for a product and have not received my order. No shipping status updates (dispite the shop app) emails have been sent to the so called support email (service@remyforte.) and still no luck!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered a wig 2 weeks goes by no communication I sent inquiry email I was informed they are out of stock, they offer another unit I say I will try it. As soon as I received it I said I don't like or want. I need return info communication stopped.

I had to wait Longer Then I expect ,When I receive my hair It did not look just like it had been advertise . It was No communicating with the other person so . . I had to send a lot of messages . I don’t know who it was but I’m happy for what they had done . They had to re-order my hair and send it out again so I was very unhappy with that. I finally got my hair and the wig didn’t have all the high lights of blonde strips in it like it showed on the picture. It only had one blonde Streak in the front by the face, and one on the side, but when you look at the picture of the wig, highlights of blonde was running through the wig so I was unhappy with that I will not be ordering from this company anymore . PERIOD…

My first time buying actual human hair Remy and the look and feel was wonderful. I was able to style many different ways. Natural feel natural look hard for people to tell. This will not be my last purchase, I have some other styles I've been admiring!!!! Thanks so much for ur amazing products... Good job!!!!!

Beautiful hair! Before I found your company, I spent 700.00 on synthetic hair and it was garbage. I have bought two wigs from you. Easy to maintain, wash beautifully and look real!

I will be purchasing more!
