Unable to contact Renovak and shutters have been paid for and still waiting for installation.

3 out of 5 rooms shutters installed, however payment made for 87% of contract fee. Largest 2 bay window shutters were measured incorrectly by Renovak staff and replacements to be made and installed after Christmas. Following up the rep and calls get sent to message bank, no reply to emails or SMS, main business number is disconnected and unable to make contact with the company in their Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney offices. Call disconnect straight away.

DO NOT USE Renovak Group - it's a fake company!

Engaged Renovak Group to supply & install plantation shutters. Company requested 20% deposit (which I paid), then additional 40% before starting. When I refused they block all communications and did not supply/install shutters. Not registered in Qld, Vic or NSW. Main phone number is now disconnected. Managing Director's UNCLE does the measure for shutters. refusing to refund deposit. It is a fake company run by one person. DO NOT TRUST!

Renovak Group disputed the customers bank reversal and her banking institution found in Renovak Group's favour as the customer fraudulently placed a dispute after signing a legally binding contract. Renovak Group involved solicitors to recoup costs due to the customer failing to proceed once manufacturing had been complete. The above is untrue in its entirety. Renovak Group and Its Managing Director are moving forward with litigation for defamation, harm and financial loss.
