Bad choice
I represent one of those unfortunate Italian customers who bought a Rensch-Haus house.
The first important thing to note is that Rensch-Haus has abandoned the Italian market. Anyone in Italy who owns a Rensch home is not receiving any kind of support, much less assistance. Any repairs must be made by consulting local artisans who often find themselves in great difficulty since this company has adopted particular construction solutions, often of its own design. Construction solutions for which Rensch-Haus does not provide adequate information, making house maintenance very difficult.
Having said that, it is necessary to say a few words about the quality and seriousness of this company.
In terms of quality, over the years (my house is 9 years old) I have been able to see the low level of the electrical system, built in ways that make it almost impossible to modify and difficult to repair. Many electrical sockets have been mounted crooked, when you switch on an appliance the lights in the house flutter, the differential jumps for no reason, even several times a day. As for the differential, Rensch had sent his technician (bad experience) for a check and a replacement of the differential, but without solving the problem. It was never possible to identify the fault.
The interior finishes had to be checked a year later, but no trace of Rensch technicians was seen. The wallpaper is peeling off, exposing the sections it is made of and barely holding a paint job.
The biggest inconvenience, however, concerns the windows. The windows of almost the whole house were crooked (visible alteration to the naked eye) and one of them was damaged to the point of not closing anymore. For years I waited in vain for Rensch to intervene, writing several times without getting a response, until I decided to call in local technicians for repairs. The technicians pointed out to me that the windows are of poor quality, without structural reinforcement, with problems also related to the frame which even seems not to be the correct one for the windows in question.
The total lack of response from Rensch-Haus demonstrates how this company has deliberately decided to ignore Italian customers. But in the reviews I read that many German customers also received similar treatment.
If you want to build a house, my advice is not to turn to this company. Contact someone you are completely sure about the seriousness and assistance to their customers.
